Nope, just a scrape

Have you ever had a horse use you as a scratching post and almost knock you down?

Yes, Spirit and I got along very well.  That's why everyone else had a hard time catching her, tacking her up, riding her, etc because they didn't know how to handle her the way I did.  But I grew out of her and wasn't able to ride her, so she was sold.

Have you ever had a mental breakdown (or something along those lines) and gone to the barn for the horses to cheer you up?

Heck yes. 15ish year old me was having A Time, and the horse I leased over the winter would end up suffering through lots of hugs and tears. Miss ya Goosey.

Have you ever ridden on autopilot and went "wait what?" when you realized you had zoned out?

A few times, yes!  But my mare is trained enough that she just walks in circles until I tell her what else to do lol

Have you ever changed the bit on your horse's bridle and your horse hated it?

I don't know if this counts, but I used to have a pony (the very first pony that I learned to do all the basics; groom, tack up, catch, lead, etc) that hadn't had his hooves trimmed in a while and they were starting to get too long.  So instead of calling the farrier out, we did it ourselves but we failed XD  He reared and threw big fits everytime we even touched his hoof that day.  A few weeks later, we were finally able to get an ACTUAL farrier out and he trimmed his hooves too short and he was unsoud ever since---I sold him though about a year after that.

Have you ever met a famous horseman/woman?  (ex: Clinton Anderson, Beezie Madden, Fallon Taylor, etc)

I did a clinic with Glenn Stewart once, a pretty big natural horsemanship dude. I also have done a fair amount of clinics with a guy called Tom Ryan, who also does natural horsemanship and has trained with a ton of big-time trainers, and honestly I like him better then Glenn, even if he's not as famous, Tom seems in it more for helping people and horses, while I got the impression Glenn was more about the money.

Have you ever gone on a mountain trip with horses? (Something I'd love to do next summer.)

No, I haven't but one of my biggest fears is falling off a mountain and the fact that my horse would be with me if I ever went on a mountain trip would be even worse....

Have you ever owned a funny horse-related shirt (ex: designs like "If you can read this, put me back on my horse" and "I don't fall, I just dismount with style")

I have one that says, "I suffer from OHD, Obesesive Horse Disorder,"

Haha, not sure if that counts but it's there.

Maybe generic but curious, have you ever rode a horse on the beach at sunset?
