Heritage University- Elemental Roleplay!

Blaine
 "Blaine Anderson," she stated curtly when it was finally her turn. The receptionist nodded boredly and handed her a slip of paper. She scanned it and nodded to herself, wordlessly slipping out of the room and to the nearest elevator. Can't fall to your death when you can somewhat control the air you're falling through.

Alexandria Grace 
Alex figured it was about time to check on her old campus. Standing on the edge of her deck (there was no railing), she let Karma take off from her arm. Somehow, his sharp talons didn't pierce her skin- in fact, she barely felt it at all. The falcon circled once, twice, before flying out of sight and off to survey the University. "Just checking. Might as well," Alex said to herself. She had acquired the habit over her two years of solitude- that and talking to her bird.

Jackson 
Retrieving his room key and number, Jackson caught an elevator- coincidentally the same one Blaine was in.

Iris
Iris had been dropped off a few minutes previous, and ended up in the crowd filtering into the main lobby. The eleven year old was a bit overwhelmed with everything, but managed to get up to her room without accidentally starting a fire somewhere.

Elaine
 She recognized Jackson from her first year there. Friendly. Outgoing. Either doesn't have the guts to be a full-on jock or popular kid, or just has no interest in becoming either... Most likely the former. "Hey. It's been a while," she greeted emotionlessly, not bothering to look up at him.

Evan
Evan smiled her thanks to the first year who had helped her carry her bags up the stairs - he was over a head taller than her, and had seen her struggling with her luggage due to the elevators being just crowded in general , and offered to help - dragging said baggage to the fourth door on the right. "Third floor, number eight. I'm so gonna forget that." She laughed, opening the door to a room that was way more decked out than she had thought, with her walking into a small kitchen with two doors leading off (probably the bedrooms) and a little sliding door to a deck that overlooked the campus. "This is...." she struggled to find the words, choosing instead to leave her bags by a worn two seat sofa, so that people (most likely her) wouldn't trip over them. She would rather check which room her roomamate wanted first, than choose.

Jackson 
"Yeah." Jackson shouldered his duffel again. "Didn't see you around last year."

Karma
The hawk circled high above the campus. It would spend most of the day watching the students and return to Alexandria's fortress before sundown.

Julian
Julian looked over from where he had been glancing out through sliding door, grinning as he recognized the taller guy from earlier. "Hey! I'm gonna hope that you're the roommate? If not we might have a problem." He laughed, hoping to sooth the poor kids nerves, he looked almost terrified from here.

Karma
Karma perched on the railing of one of the dorms's decks, looking in, head cocked to one side.

Raphael
He nodded mutely and entered, closing the door behind him. "Is it okay if - do you mind if I have plants in here?" Raffi glanced down at Eeyore. Whoever he was, he seemed nice enough, but one could never know. Eeyore was letting off a contented vibe, happy in his basket. This new sixth sense was really weird and Raphael didn't know what to think of it.

Julian
Julian shrugged. "I can't speak for administration, but I don't mind." He gestured to the neatly tiled, modern looking kitchen. "You can hang it in the kitchen or on the balcony, if you like."

Raphael
"Thanks." He decided to hang Eeyore in the kitchen. Stepping back he adjusted the way the rope settled in the hook and then gave it a mental stamp of approval. He looked nice there, and Raffi could keep an eye on its growth.

Karma
The bird squawked in annoyance and flapped its wings a few times. These people aren't interesting!!

Outlaw 
She noted a hawk circlin and watched it with interest as she threw her clothes into the dresser. 

Kenna
She finally got her room number and her key, hurried upstairs, found her door, struggled with the lock and stamped out a few sparks in the process, and got inside. She surveyed the room and set down her bag, then realized there was a girl in front of her, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She looked at least a few years younger than her. She gave an attempt at a friendly smile, offering a businesslike "I'm Kenna. Are you Iris?" People were something she was not good at.

Raphael
He smiled slightly, enjoying the sight of the succulent sitting there. It was a nice spot. The sunlight and easy access to water... He'd have to pick up a fertilizer soon. Raffi couldn't wait until Eeyore got bigger and drooped over the sides of the basket. He blinked. What...? He could practically see the stems extending, and then they stopped. Now the plant was hanging over the sides a little. "Well, then..." Raphael muttered, backing away. A feeling of content emanated from the plant as a beam of sunlight hit it. Raffi, unnerved, exited the kitchen. "I need to get my bags," he murmured to Julian, heading for the door. His bags were sitting outside the greenhouse, and he hoped they were still there.

"Oh! Um- Hi!" Iris waved, but as she did so her hand burst into flame. "Oh- um..." she shook it, extinguishing the flames. "Yeah. That's me."
