 "Top, preferably. But I don't really care." Okay, yes I do. I have a weird phobia of sleeping close to the ground.

Ahanu
"Charity, this is an odd request, but, uh... can you hum that song again?" He was pretty sure the music in his dream had been Charity, which at first was kind of cool. But as he thought about his dream he realized the music had stopped, which he wasn't sure what that meant. Had she simply stopped humming in real life? Or was it signifying something more?

Jade
"Perfect! I prefer bottom bunks. Alex can sleep in the bottom one when I'm not, as we tend to do a shift thing."

Charity
"Sure... I guess," Charity replied, looking back down at Ahanu. "Why?"

Ahanu
"I like it." He smiled up at her. "You have a pretty voice." And it was in my dream. Also I'm tired and would like to sleep and that seems to help. 

Charity
Charity blushed and quickly looked back up at the trees. "Um... yeah I can..." she mumbled, waiting a second before she started humming again.

Ahanu
It was that song. So what does that even mean? He rolled his arm back down over his eyes. It was pretty, especially since her voice was the one humming it. He gave her hand a small squeeze.

Charity
Charity kept on staring at the tree the squirrel had gone up, looking as though she was convinced it held something valuable. She glanced down at Ahanu when she felt the squeeze, still mildly concerned about him, though she tried not to show it too much.

Outlaw 
She eventually was able to fall asleep thanks to the pills, which she had to conk her out so she could sleep. The panther stretched out next to her on the bed. 

Ahanu
"It was just a dream. Don't worry about me," Ahanu muttered. It probably just stopped because she stopped humming.

Charity
Charty still wasn't convinced. Normally if she ever had bad dreams, it was because she was upset or something had happened that unsettled her. She assumed that's why anyone else had bad dreams too.

Bryan
 "Cool." He walked over to the door, warily peeking through the small window. It was very dirty and, as a result, hard to see out of, but he managed. "'m just wondering how long this peace will last," he murmured to no one in particular.

Ahanu 
She hadn't responded, and Ahanu was pretty sure she was still worried about him. He was too lazy to sit up so he simply stayed how he was, arm covering his eyes. "I don't know what to say to get you to believe me, but I promise I'm okay. I get nightmares sometimes." 

Jade
She set the bag on the bottom bunk and glanced around the room. It could use some fixing up. She saw a small closet and yanked it open. An old broom and bucket were the only occupants. She could work with it. Jade pulled the broom out and started going over the floors in a set pattern. When she had a pile of debris she corralled it to the door and swept it outside. Satisfied, she used the broom to rid the corners by the ceiling of cobwebs.

Charity nodded, keeping up her humming without replying.

Ahanu
Still no response. He sighed, deciding to just let it go for now. He listened to her humming. "Thanks, by the way," he said quietly. He traced a random pattern on the back of her hand with his thumb absemtmindedly. He wanted to sleep, but simultaneously didn't because another nightmare would not be ideal. 

Charity
"For what?" Charity mumbled, breaking her humming to ask.
