@unicorn2006 - we have several characters who technically shouldn't have certain parents because they are maiden goddesses, but we allow it because this is just for fun. c: 
And your character is accepted, but I just thought you should know there is already a character named Lilly and another character who recently died who was named Katie. Also the ability to turn someone into an animal is a bit OP and I would prefer if she isn't able to do that, sorry. <:
