#248415 Posted on 2021-09-25 10:30:15 One Man's Trash Training Extravaganza - October One Man's Trash is Another Man's Treasure after all! We are back after our brief hiatus this month and ready to get training again, just in time for spoopy season! We only have the two basic tier levels this month since the "Return of the King" contest is only for horses entered the previous month and since we were on hiatus in September, there aren't any of those ;) Surprise Me: You can pick a breed or gender that you prefer, and I use a random number generator to choose a horse that meets those specs out of the RC. If no horses that meet your specifications are in the RC, I will go ahead and get a foundie for you. Pick of the Litter: You send me a link to the horse from the RC that you would like. It must be N1 to start. I believe that stat boosts start giving more stats the higher level a horse is and I am trying to keep a pretty even playing field for everyone. The ultimate goal of this contest is to improve the horse as much as you can, boosting its stats through either showing or riding schools and well as treating and all that jazz. At the end of the event, you can choose what to do with the horse you have trained. You can sell it, keep it, retire it (which would kind of defeat the point, but it's up to you). If you don't want to deal with it afterwards, you can always send it back to me and I will take charge of the rehoming process. c: Rules: - You will not be disqualified for inactivity. I understand that life gets in the way sometimes. But keep in mind that this will significantly limit your chances - Stick to basic treats only! No peppermints, etc. - Disqualifiers: feeding non-specialty treats (peppermints, sugar cubes, etc) and selling your horse before the end of the contest. - You must pick ONE of the entry level contests. You either get a surprise or get to pick your own, but you cannot enter both - Horses must be picked up from the RC by me (or you can pick them up and then transfer to me if you are worried about them getting picked up while I'm offline). I send all of the horses out at the same time the date that the contest starts to make sure no one is getting a head start. - Post editing is not allowed. All breed/gender choices are final so please be sure that what you are posting is what you really want -You need to join the group to be eligible to enter! One Man's Trash Prizes: 1st - A custom tag of your choice! 2nd - 2 recolors of our Halloween tag 3rd - 1 recolor of our Halloween tag Anyone who increases their horse's stats by 150 or more will be entered into an additional raffle at the end of the month!
