#45260 Posted on 2016-06-07 09:35:25 When Pepper came home, she clearly wasn't at the top of her game. Her previous owner had given her a terrible clip job, she was underweight (probably from being clipped and not having enough feed given to help her maintain weight, she just had a blanket on), and was just what I'd consider an ugly duckling. Yesterday, I finally remembered to grab my phone (I keep it in my car) and take some new snazzy pictures of her. And wouldn't you know, she's the ugly duckling that turned into the beautiful swan. Looking at her now, I can't even imagine how she actually looked 4 months back. So, here's a little timeline of photos. Arrival Day - January 23rd, 2016 February 27, 2016 March 13,2016 April 7,2016 April 19, 2016 May 18, 2016 June 6, 2016 June 6, 2016 - New Saddle! Gosh, it's crazy how much a horse can change! #45445 Posted on 2016-06-07 15:20:28 She hasnt grown height wise since a month or so after I got her. She looks butt high in the current ones because its just a smidge uneven where she's standing. #45466 Posted on 2016-06-07 16:22:49 She looks so good!! We have a horse that literally came skin and bones (boarder at the barn I go to) and now you can barely see his ribs!
