Auberon
Auberon turned around and laughed. "Sassy, are we? Of course you wouldn't make dinner- everyone knows I'm better in that field anyway."

Outlaw
She rolled her eyes. “I’m too tired to deal with you” she decided and turned, continuing to the Fort.

Auberon
Auberon snickered. "Okay, well I'll definitely be back in an hour- wouldn't want to make the baby wake up from her nap," Auberon said, grinning only ever so slightly.

Outlaw
She spun again, her pistols seeming to have just appeared in her hands, so quick was her draw. “Who did you call a baby?” She said sweetly, an undertone of danger in her words.

Auberon
"Aw, you wouldn't kill a poor hobo like me would ya?" Auberon questioned, frowning and shaking his head.

“Depends how much you push it” she said, dropping her guns back into the holsters and turning, trudging back to the Fort. She roped the ladder and pulled it down, clambered nimbly up it, then pulled it back up and tied it on.

Auberon
Auberon gasped and took some shredded papers out of his pocket, throwing the cut up phone numbers in the air. "Oh my! Goodness gracious!" he said dramatically. "May the rain fall deeply upon me!"
Auberon had no clue what he was doing, but after he stood there for a moment, he went into a laughing fit. When he finally got over himself (dang, that was so hard to do), he turned around, calling, "Bless ye heart!" as he walked away.

She watched him from on the deck of the Fort, shook her head, and went into it. She collapsed back into the bed, pulled her hat over her face and laid her rifle next to her, then promptly fell asleep.

Auberon
Auberon had no clue where he was going, and the more he walked, the more memories came through his mind. He glanced at the sun briefly to examine its position. One hour... cool I can do that, he thought. He scanned the horizon, his mind flashing to many different moments, some that made his heart sink deep into his chest.

Outlaw
She shifted in her sleep as more dreams overcame her, and sat bolt upright, fumbling her hat up into its proper position. She sighed and got up, grabbing stuff from the cupboard and making herself a wrap, which she ate on the deck.

Auberon
Auberon slipped his hands into his pocket, his finger starting to play with a necklace he had. He sighed quietly to himself, trying to push away memories he had of his sister, but he couldn't stop it very well.

She looked up as several birds appeared and looked at her hopefully. “Oh alright” she mumbled, scattering some crumbs fir them and continuing to eat her wrap as they hopped around her feet.

Auberon
It had seemed so long ago- had it really only been a year? Auberon missed his sister deeply, but he was the one who took her out, now he was dealing with the reality that he couldn't bring her back. He took out the necklace and looked at it for a moment. Surprise. It hadn't changed at all. Same ol' silver pegasus locket with nothing inside.
Auberon sighed and turned around. He looked around before he started walking; everything seemed surprisingly peaceful, but also very dead. He didn't know how to cope with that, or anything else for that matter. He was relieved Outlaw was still alive- although he had no doubt she would have been. But what about everyone else? It had been a couple months since he lost track of girlfriend and her brother, he couldn't contact his family (not that he wanted to. As far as they were concerned he was very dead), and for the most part he had no other friends to think or care about. The anxiety he felt about that all was too much to bear, and too bad he had almost no one to help him carry it. He sighed and walked back towards the Fort, examining the ground carefully.

Outlaw
She sat on the porch, cleaning her guns while several songbirds hopped by her feet and perched on her shoulders.
