Bera
It didn't get any warmer as Bera ran, but moving kept her muscles warm, and her coat kept out the worst of the cold. She felt like she was covered in a layer of solid ice, but when she arrived at the scene, she shook herself off. What felt like gallons of snow but was likely not went flying, and she approached the three wolves. One of the wolves, one she'd never seen before, appeared to have noticed her, so sneaking up was out of the question, but she hopefully wouldn't need it. She dropped her strategic thoughts into a small corner of her mind, and started to instead study the third wolf. He was a light brown color, large and muscular- giving him an advantage in fights. She was slightly smaller than him, but she was a strong, powerful fighter when she wanted to be, and she had some experience from defending her territory. She didn't for one second believe that she was more powerful than him, one look at him and she could tell he was a good fighter. But she didn't lose hope that she could win if she got in a fight with him. But more important than figuring out if she could win a fight was preventing it. She took in the situation quickly. The big male was standing several feet away from the younger one, and they looked to be on the verge of a fight. The female wolf was standing near them, looking prepared to lunge at either wolf. Bera was well aware of the tension in the air, making it seem even colder, and she didn't like it. The female noticed her suddenly, and Bera chose to speak before the situation got any worse. She decided the best way to avoid a fight was to figure out what she was dealing with. "And who might you be?" She directed at the unfamiliar wolf. She didn't know the other's names either, but it seemed a good idea to start with him. She tried to keep any threat out of her tone.

Reynard

He turned his attention to the female wolf that had come sprinting up. " the names Reynard" he said as his muscles became less tense. It was clear she was trying to prevent a fight. And in all reality, he didn't

Bera
She nodded in return to his response. "I'm Bera." She glanced at the other two wolves, wondering briefly if they would introduce themselves as well, but for now it didn't really matter. What mattered was to keep everyone from killing each other. She didn't even know what they were fighting about, maybe nothing. "And what's going on here?" She asked, hoping to calm everyone down. She was sure the black female and the smaller male wolf were enemies, but she didn't know what

Reynard

Haunt
She listened to the conversation without moving. Snow settled on her coat and swirled about her. She had a calmer stance for the meantime, but her muscles where tensed in case she needed to dodge or lunge.

Bera
Bera nodded curtly. She wasn't going to nag him until he told her, she didn't really need to know. She tossed the snow off her coat as well, but kept her eyes on him warily. She wasn't afraid to fight, but she knew that he was probably stronger than her; his scarred, powerful body showed that. She could feel that he was annoyed, and was perfectly willing to fight, but the fact that he hadn't lunged at her yet showed that he wasn't trying to make a fight, which meant she might be able to solve it. She turned, studying the wolf -Reynard, he'd said- for a moment, before turning to the black female. What was she doing here, on another wolf's territory? Well, what had she been doing on her territory? Bera observed that the black female appeared to be in a somewhat relaxed pose, but she looked ready to fight at the slightest signal. She paused sorting everything out, and finally decided on something to say. "This is one of your's territory, isn't it?" She stated, assuming it was Reynard's but not really sure.

Haunt
She stayed in her calm position, waiting until the wolves weren't paying attention to her. She then slipped off, moving with an easy trot through the storm. Time to move on.

Reynard

he had seen the black female wolf slip off. He let her go without letting her think he knew she had slipped off, sparing her. " seems the little wolf has slipped away...." he said gazing out into the darkness. He studied the female wolf that hadn't

Haunt
She knew the male saw her leaving, but she didn't stop, and he said nothing. She continued on her way, going wherever the wind may take her.

Bera
Bera glanced at the spot where the black female had been after Reynard commented on it, and sure enough, noticed a blurry shape fading into the storm. On her own again,

Ghost

Ghost had stayed watching every wolf there. He didn't feel to tense anymore. He didn't feel sad, or happy either. He just felt fine.He watched the female wolf, who he now knew was called Bera, wonder off, and he stayed put, just standing in the gentle breeze.
