[ADDED] *Public notes for divisions

I was going to update one of my divisions and it occurred to me that public notes for divisions would be quite handy/fun for descriptive folks or things like stud fees/brood fees/sales policies. Same as that on the horse pages but for divisions (right under the division title, above the horse infos). 

I think things like listing stud fees at the top of brood/stud divs, or sale prices or small details that would save some clicks on each horse when browsing a particular stable OR .. a simple "This division has offers off." Also for descriptive types, could give a little RPG description.

In my case, I sort of want to write to the public "This division is for my own retired horses and/or rescues that I have picked up or purchased for small amounts to preserve lines. These horses are not treated but are still cared for and entered in riding schools daily until they peacefully pass away of old age."

I love that idea, especially since I've played other games with this feature and people just love to use it for RPG descriptions. Its a very cute and fun to read.

^{I support as long as it's as at the top of the division with a decent character limit, I don't think you need too much in a public division description and wouldn't like it to take up too much space. If it's at the bottom of the division then I don't think it'd be utilised as much.} 

I love this idea, and i support it.
I’d love to use public division notes, to let others see what my goals for my divisions are.
