Quarter Horse Racing (RP)

Camille

Camille thanked Jack and gave Maggie a slight tap with her heels. Maggie, feeling sleepy, headed towards the track in a lazy trot. Camille slapped her with the crop, not wanting to put up with one of Maggie's attitudes. The mare nearly jumped out of her skin with surprise, and lunged forward with a new energy. Camille smiled and stroked the horse's neck. She steered her onto the track, and kept her at a steady gallop, then slowing her down to a walk for a lap or two.

Kyle

Kyle trotted around the track, slowly bumping Doc up into a canter. Doc threw his head wanting more rein from Kyle. Giving in, Kyle loosened the reins by an inch, but still held Doc back from going into a full gallop. "You heard what Jack said, you canter a lap then you can gallop. You can't just skip the canter," Kyle said to the pushy stallion. Doc snorted with impatience, but continued at a canter.

Can we bring this back guys?
Sally
The other horse came a bit too close the Cheri. The mare freaked. She bolted into a breakneck gallop, not even listning to Sally's attempt to stop her before shr hurt another horse. "Cheri! Whoa". She moved her mare to the outside and turned in a tight circle, until the mare stopped, breathing heavily.

Luke

Luke watched as a girl on her mare took off, he was going to help but he did not want to cause any problems and by the time he was about to go out and help, she had stopped her horse and calmed her down slightly. Sighing that she was alright, he called out to just make sure. "Are you alright?"

Sally
Sally turned to Luke and nodded her head. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm not sure what is up with her, but she sure is acting weird."

Camille

The petite young woman gently patted Maggie's side and ran her hand over her neck and chest. Feeling that it wasn't too hot, she steered her over to Jack. "What should we do after the warm-up?", her French accent twinging her light, airy voice.

Luke

"Maybe she is a little excited?" Luke offered, he was unsure himself, but he was glad that Sky was not as excitable. Though the young man looked behind at a voice, hearing her call to Jack and he too wondered the same thing.
