*Conformation Shows

I don't know if this has already been suggested but.. As there are a bunch of members that breed for conformation, it would be awesome if there was a conformation show division as well. Also as far as breeding- I think it would make the game more complex as you would have to pair horses more extensively and not just by stats.   I know in the old EV horses could only enter 1 conformation show a day.. I'm thinking it would be better if that was increased as well.

Conformation plays a role in regular shows now. I remember a mod was talking about it.

I was informed differently, so if conformation does play a part in the game, can anyone confirm this for sure?

I wasn't aware of this as well... I was informed that conformation have no role in this game.

Abbey has said that conformation doesn't play a role in showing.

I'm fairly certain conformation has no impact on showing, but that Abbey has considered adding confo shows to the game. 

Keep in mind that I posted my original reply two years ago. ^^' It's very likely been changed by then.

No vote. My comment would be that if conformation shows were based solely on confirmation, the same horses (those with the highest overall confo) would win every time. If this is the case, it's not really a competition in the way that regular shows are (with variability in stats and some chance). If implemented, I'd hope some other factors would come into play.

Personally, I would love to see conformation have a small role in current show system. Realistically, a horse with lame legs (poor or below for EV) aren't able to do well in shows. It will add some challenges and encourage players to breed for better conformation as well.
