Hello everyone! As you may have seen in the latest news post, there's some more mods to help you out around EV! This is where you can get to know us a little bit ^-^



My name is Eliza D, though some people may also refer to me as Simba, I'll happily respond to either.
I'm a 25 year old female, living the single life while helping support my family.
I've played various horse sims for over a decade, though EV is currently the only one I actively play.
I've been on Equiverse for 5 years!

I used to ride actively for over 10 years, though unfortunately I haven't had time the last couple years due to transportation issues.
I have done both western riding as well as dressage and even driven ponies, which is a lot of fun!
I do not currently own my own horse but I wish to one day. ♥ My dream would be to retire the pony I used to ride at my house so I could give him all the love he deserves.

I have done a lot of customer service jobs, and highly enjoy being a barista at a well known coffee chain as well as waitressing at a local bar.
I love to be active, and practice the traditional art of Taekwondo (different from the Olympic style), and have a 1st degree black belt.
The outdoors constantly call me, I love hiking, fishing, camping, paddle boarding, and gardening!
I also find great joy in trying to keep house plants alive, and have a growing phalaenopsis orchid collection.

I love art, and currently co-own and run the EVAC with Ruby.
If you ever want any suggestions on how to draw something I am always willing to help you find something new to experiment with!
I am always happy to answer questions relating to art or gameplay, don't be afraid to ask!

I'm a soon to be 29 year old female (May 7th is my birthday). I live on a smallish farm with my fam and our animals (including my grandparents' since they live downstairs) include two dogs, two cats, two guinea pigs and one fish for indoor critters as well as one pony, two miniature horses and 13 chickens that live outdoors.

I love reading and writing, I have a couple of books I have self-published, and I do video edits on YouTube on my channel LilyChilman777. I love going for walks around my area, sometimes I take the pony with me, sometimes my dog, depends on who gives me the saddest eyes :'D

I've been on here for 9 years and a mod for nearly 7 of those, my modiversary will be on September 27th :D

Hi all! My name here is DarkFoldedWings, you can call me DFW or Dark if you so please.
I am 20 years old (September 21st), female, and live with my absolutely darling boyfriend.
I have played pretty much all the virtual horse games out there, as I started finding them when I was 11 or so and made it my mission to find the best ones. I currently play EV, as well as HEE (very casually).
I have been on EV for 3 years with this account, although I think I used to have a account before that?

I have been riding and showing since I was two years old! My heart lies with Arabians and always will - no other breeds for this gal. I currently own one purebred bay Arabian and one bay tobiano Half-Arabian (who is 7/8ths Arabian and 1/8 Welsh Pony!). Both are geldings and are named Eli and Finny, respectively. I show Eli in halter and hunter pleasure, while I show Finny in western pleasure. Both horses love to trail ride and do trail class and Finny and I also work with our local Sheriff's Posse. These boys are my life and I will talk about them for hours. I also have a pet ball python named LuLu - who is male (yup, I know).

I am currently going to college full time, pursuing a degree in Biochemistry. I will be graduating in the spring of 2021. Over the years, I have worked at various coffee shops, given lessons and trained horses, as well as having worked for multiple Arabian show barns who compete nationally. Currently, I am working for a research lab and am conducting experiments and writing papers. As for hobbies: I enjoy reading science fiction, mystery/thrillers, and scientific papers (nerdy, yes), cooking pretty much anything, photography (particularly of horses, but of my friends as well), playing video games, and caring for my many houseplants!

Although I currently am not open for commissions, I do create art. I enjoy creating characters from scratch for people, as well as making art for already established characters. I have just recently begun doing some custom lines for my own enjoyment and may offer them in the future if there is enough interest.

I am always more than happy to answer questions pertaining to any part of the game and also love to chat - so feel free to message me any time!

Hello everyone!

My name is The Cryptic Cat, but due to it's length you can call me Cryptic. I am a 27 year old female, married to my husband of ten years and have a daughter who is 9 months old. 
I've played many games on a variety of consoles and my favorites are the ones involving horses. Equiverse is the one I'm active with online and I've been here for 12 years. We have a great dane and two cats.

My family has owned horses in the past but they don't anymore. My last one, Andromeda, died of cancer I want to say in 2013 or so. My hopes are to buy a horse or two after me and my husband move houses in a few years so that my daughter can have the experience of owning a horse like I did growing up.
I was never really into showing the horses, just pleasure riding. We owned paint quarter horses. I trained the horses with my dad on being broken to ride whereas my mother, liked to breed them to see the different colors lol. I would have to say my favorite horse would be a quarter horse, or quarter horse paint. Thing is I don't like them small, I like taller horses that are more 17hh.

I'm kinda a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to what jobs I've worked lol. My family was always doing different kinds of jobs growing up from raising different kinda of animals, wildlife, running restaurants, putting on sci-fi/anime conventions, etc. After I moved out on my own in my late teens I became a sever for awhile. More recent, I am a certified nursing assistant of 3 years where I can pick my hours and am a stay at home mom right now. Also, now in my free time I am going into web design because it's something I've always wanted to do since about 2006 when I joined my first online simulated site.

I love doing digital art and that's what I've always done on EV the most. I've actually been working on a webtoon in my spare time as well lol. I role play some too. I have always needed to be doing something and I'm just a big nerd XD I'm big into gaming and love the outdoors, so going walking or to the zoo is my favorite thing and even more so now that I can share that with my daughter. I love Chinese food, so with this social distancing I've been deprived haha. I like anime and manga as well.

I'm always here if someone needs any help, or a shoulder to lean on. I am always willing to give a helping hand to artists as well, or people wanting to get into art. Though, everyone's styles are different and way of doing things, so, it's best to jump around and learn from different people.

I'm pretty much on all the time! So message if you need anything.

Hello (again!)
My name is Sabriel! It comes from my favorite book by Garth Nix.
I've been here forever, since November 2006, a mod since September 2013, and I love this game. I'm 28, and female, and really rather strange.
I quote a lot of things and use really weird words and phrases. I'm always singing a song in my head because I've had that song in my head all day.

I'm from the West coast of the USA and on PST, which is the same zone as EV server time! (when it's not Daylight Savings Time!)
I have an Animal Science and Management degree, and currently work as a Grower Relations Manager(+a million other things) in the Almond industry and volunteer my time for local ag endeavors.
I've got one weird kitty, who thinks he's part dog.
I have a giant Appaloosa child who's still in training to my my all around horse. 

In my other spare time I like watching TV, mostly Science-fiction, fantasy, comedies and crime dramas but my favorite TV Show is Merlin. (I have a bevy of characters to prove it!)
I also do a lot of reading, fiction, non fiction, or whatever I happen to have on hand.

If you find any typos in what I'm writing, don't be surprised! My fingers fly either faster or slower than my brain a lot of the time. I'm always happy to help and usually up for a good chat. Feel free to check out the guides I've written!

Hiya loves! My name is Ruby, I'm a 26 year old Female and I've been a member of EV since September of 2012, before that I flailed around on a handful of other horse sims, but so far EV has stayed my home away from home.

Outside of EV I love to play computer games, my biggest addictions being Minecraft and Stardew Valley. I also enjoy making art, both digital and traditional. And when not flailing around drawing random horses and trees, I love to cuddle up with any of my 3 dogs (McGee, Baby Girl, and Chip) and a good fantasy/fiction book.

I've not had a whole lot of jobs over the years, I spent the majority of my life helping my family out on the family farm, chasing cows and then eventually goats, chickens, ducks. I've had the honor of owning 3 horses in my short lifetime, one of which was the inspiration for my Username. Casper was a 20somethin Arab/Qh mix that knew he was dealing with a newb, and Ruby was a 30something saddlebred mix grandma who had the sweetest face you'll ever see. Sadly these two angels have passed on and left me with the youngest member of our small herd, Sassy, who lives up to her name and is a very... sassy QH. As of right this moment, I'm currently working on finishing a degree in Graphics Design (though I'm kinda on a bit of a break right now) and am being trained to be a cake decorator at a local grocery store.

I should finally fill this out, hehe!

I'm River, I'm an admin and moderator here (both positions!), and I joined Equiverse in 2013 and have been happily at home here ever since. I'm actually 30, although I don't think anyone would guess that, and I don't feel my age either.

Outside of EV I'm an independent iOS developer - hoping to join a company and start doing some work beyond just my own - and I do some web production freelance work as well. I have a couple of apps in the App Store and I contribute to an open source project on GitHub too, so I'm all over the place doing all kinds of different things. 

For fun I play bass guitar, which has become my absolute favorite thing to do to chill and decompress. I love playing Queen songs but I'm enjoying practicing blues bass lines too. I'm getting better at reading music, which I never knew how to do when I was younger, so the progress is really fulfilling and satisfying. I got a ukulele not long ago too and am slowly starting to get the gist of strumming and switching chords, so I can't wait to get even better at it as well!

I also do some art when I'm in the mood, sometimes digital, sometimes traditional. I used to paint more often (when I had a good place to do it), and in the past I did some ceramics as well, so I enjoy all kinds of mediums. I also enjoy origami - especially making origami stars- and I sometimes play around with fiber arts and make tiny slices of cake and other silly things like that out of felt.

I do yoga to keep fit and in better weather I run every so often too, and I love going horseback riding when I have a chance. I live in a city so it's not possible for me to own a horse, but when I can go visit a stables or place with a trail it's one of the best things in the world. I've always loved animals and I've loved getting the chance to know and learn a bit from each horse I've ridden. c:

Speaking of animals, I live with two cats! They're part Russian Blue and siblings, named Will and Lucy. Lucy looks like a Russian Blue, while Will is black and white. They're both about eleven now I think, but they still get up to plenty of trouble. I also have a small family of plants - two orchids and four succulents of different kinds. One of the orchids is making like it's going to rebloom, which is very exciting, especially since the other has decided to do nothing so far, heh. 

Some other things I enjoy include Pokemon, and both Star Trek and Star Wars. I love watching movies too - both new ones and classics - and like reading about science and nature and classic literature too. c:
 

Probably my first and only introduction on this site aha. 

My name is Maple, though I'm sometimes referred to as Shroom by some older members. I first joined in December 2012, Equiverse was my first serious SIM game coming from an RPG background, and other than a couple month breaks I've been playing ever since. I'm 23 (December 27th) and I'm from England, so you'll see me around a lot earlier than most players, and also a lot later as well as I apparently never sleep ;D. 

I have a BSc in Animal Management, though I'm currently working in food retail until I'm in a position to get back into the animal side of things, both a blessing and a curse this year. I used to exercise horses before I went to university, and had been riding for 7 years up until then. I'm a bit out of practice (read: very unfit haha) now but I'd love to get back into it. Outside of real life I play lots of games (Planet Zoo, Guild Wars 2 and more) and draw a lot, constantly adding to my design collection.

I have two cats myself, both charming weirdos, some fish and I'm getting old by starting a collection of house plants haha.

Anyway I'm pretty much always around outside of work and always reachable on the Equiverse discord server (I lurk in the art channel mostly). Hope we're all going to have a great time together! c:
