Chance
He'd been about to stand up, but ended up just sitting there a bit tense. "Uh, sure." Chance glanced at the guitar Mason had handed him that he'd set down, absently wondering how far the apartment was from his own house. 

Mason
 He stepped over to the refrigerator, opening it and digging out two Sprites. He slammed it shut as he turned away from it, walking over to where Chance was and holding one of the cans out for him to take. He tilted his head slightly, studying the boy for a moment before speaking again. "Why do you look so nervous?"

Chance
"I was going to stand up but then I didn't, so..." Chance made a vague motion with his hand and then took the soda Mason offered him. "Also I, uh, feel weird without my guitar," he said as he opened the Sprite.

Mason
 "Ah." He popped open his own Sprite and took a swig before continuing. "Why's that? Emotional value?"

Chance
He thought a moment. "Yeah, probably. I haven't been without it since Raina died." There was a slight hesitation before the last word in the sentence, and then a pause. "And my notebook's in the case."

Mason
 Mase hummed briefly in response. "Yeah, that... I get it. I have this book - a little leather-bound notebook, all worn and broken in - that me and my old bandmates used to share between us. If it ever got damaged I'd probably stab whoever did it," he murmured, ending his spiel with a slightly humorous note, though there wasn't any trace of a joking light in his eyes.

Auberon
Auberon took the water, muttering something about food under his breath, but taking a drink of the water. 

Chance
He nodded and sipped at his soda. After a few moments, Chance glanced at the door. "Will he be alright? There was blood..." 

Outlaw
She watched him, raising on eyebrow slightly at his mutter. "Eat up, drink up, then I'm taking you back, wether you want to or not" she said, her voice steely. She could feel the coldness creeping up on her heart, and was unsure whether she wanted to welcome it or push it away.

Auberon
"Why are you here anyways?" Aub asked, getting into a more comfortable position and breathing a bit to hard.

Outlaw
"I came to town for a drink, then saw you" she replied bluntly. Most likely she'd get it eventually for drinking, but at times she couldn't be bothered to lie. Such as now.

Auberon
Auberon rolled his eyes. "Drink, drink, drink- that's all you ever do is drink."

Outlaw
She considered it for a moment. "No, not always. And I've never been hungover drunk yet." She informed him.

Auberon
"Yeah, okay sure." Aub took another drink of the water.

Outlaw
'Can you now move without throwing up or falling over?" She questioned him. She needed to get him back to Mase's place.
