⟨ zell ⟩ Ryuu & Tengu!

So when I was designing for my last design sale.....I kinda ended up with 5 new chars

BUT THEY'RE COOL, I PROMISE I'M NOT A HOARDER!

Let me prove it!!

Introducing....

Myojin/Ryuu, the dragon.....


and Tsurugi/Tengu, the bird demon....!


They're (if you can deduce anything from the names) based off of creatures from Japanese lore.

Myojin is the spirit guardian of Mount Myōjin in Mie Prefecture, Japan. Tsurugi is the same for Mount Tsurugi in Tokushima Prefecture, Japan.

AND GUESS WHAT. THEY'RE SHIFTERS! (the coloring of the horses is similar on their true forms)




They can also turn into humans, but I'm too lazy for that [censored] right now.

Naturally, these two are in lurve. The horses are gonna get add-ons, but as you can see from the doodles, Myo wears a Tsufeather earring and necklace while Tsu wears a (baby) claw necklace and has a tuft of Myohair bound and attached to his obi.

Tsu is bold, sort of funny in a dry humor way, and very intelligent and watchful. He has an easier time getting himself into human form since his true form is humanoid anyway. And he's also more social of the two, acting as a guard to camping humans on his mountain and as such likes to go into the cities.
And due to that, he has a thing for Hello Kitty and fashion. See her at his waist and his funky ripped pants?

Myo is more quiet and one-with-nature-ish, but he's very sweet and helpful despite having a very bad temper when something DOES manage to [censored] him off. He doesn't often go to the cities but when he does he's pretty much glued to Tsu's arm and screeches when people bump into him.

In their true forms, They often travel to see each other and play around when they have time. Technically Tsu can also transform into a giant raven, so he can fly too.

So yeah! These two are gonna get full profiles on their site pages, of course, and I hope to do lotsa stuff with them 'cuz I love them.

Anybody got nature-y couple art they'd recolor? I might buy!!
