For whatever reason I was just wondering yesterday, if you don't progress, but still log on, does your amount of deluxe days left still go down?

Deluxe days are frozen if you do not progress, as well as auto care and show days. The only thing that counts down is if you have horses boarded in other stables, so they are not forever taking up space.
