*Allow Deluxe Members to Have Another Club

I think it would be cool if deluxe members (I am only referring to them as they are the only ones who can own clubs currently anyway) could create additional clubs - at least one more if not an indefinite amount. I'm thinking like a decently high credit price or something idk I just kind of want another club that I had the idea for without having to convert my existing club or go through the hassle of buying deluxe on a spare and making a new club that way.

I support as long as there was a decent cost to prevent someone creating a ton of clubs like you mentioned - I doubt one person could keep more than a few clubs active and there's way too many inactive clubs at the moment.

yeah I definitely think it should be a credit thing
