I found a Lucky Plushie while pleasure riding. I know that the rule says 1 per account, and I was wondering, if I chose to sell it would I have the possibility to find (/buy) another one, or does the 1 per account mean one total for ever?

I think it's still possible to find another one but the percentage chances are much, much lower from now on

If you have not acquired a plushie on this version of EV you can still find or buy it in the store even if you have a precode plushie in your inventory. 

If you sell a new plushie, you should be able to find/buy it again as worded in the news post but it has not been confirmed.
