Breeding fee refund?

I got 2 requests on one of my quarter stallions and since he's restricted to having two foals I went to take him off stud after the 2nd request. But while I was doing that a 3rd one came in, and since I didn't see it until after taking him down the request was immediately deleted. That got me thinking, so I tested a few horses between my main and side and realized if you take a horse off stud while it still has pending requests, the player who sent the requests will not be refunded and they won't even get a notification that their request was denied. Is there some reason for this or is it just a bug? o.O

Ooer that sounds like a bug. The requesters probably aren't refunded unless you specifically cancel their requests. Removing the horse from stud must not do that automatically (which it should).
