World Of Strays - Role Play-

Colt:
Colt stepped forward gently, trying not to make much of a sound. He inspected the lumps carefully, trying to find out if any of them were alive.

Quincy
He had an idea. Colt was bound to find him eventually. He slowly reached out and jiggled a pillow. He grinned and waited for the cat to inspect the moving lump.

Colt:
Colt saw the moving heap and jumped forward, landing on top of it.
"Hah! Got you!" he exclaimed, but stopped when he realized that he was standing on a pillow. He sat down and looked around at the other lumps. "I know you're here somewhere..."

Quincy
He grinned again. Colt had fallen for it and jumped on the pillow. He reached out and jiggled the other pillow, but also made sure that he himself moved slightly. Hopefully Colt would choose the far pillow. Quincy, in between the pillows, hoped and hoped.

Colt:
Colt stood up slowly and observed the two moving pillows. A plan started forming in his head. Smiling smugly, an emotion he rarely felt, he crept toward the far pillow. He stopped once he was standing on it, acting like he was going to stay. But instead, he was watching the other "pillow", to see if it would try and trick him again.

Quincy
He took a deep breath and squirmed the opposite direction as the far pillow. If Colt was watching, then... well... He might find him. But maybe not. With a grin, he slipped over the edge of the bed, still under the blankets. The blankets hung down to the floor, and he scooted under the bed. It was dark under there, but roomy.

Colt:
Colt spotted movement. He thinks he's so sneaky. Hah!
The small cat slowly stepped off the pillow and jumped to the floor. He looked around quietly. Where could he have gone?
