ISO: QH, low non-specialty

Looking for a Quarter Horse (mare preferably, but will take a stud if he hasn't been bred) bred and/or trained for western with 30 or less non-specialty stats. Age and total stats don't matter. I'd prefer all goods in conformation, and am open to color/markings. Must be clean lined, and I'd rather get a short pedigree (fits on a page) if possible.

Hey sonoma feel free to look through QH {Reboot Project : 3 to 10} & QH {Reboot Project : 11 to 15} I know there are a number of horses that meet your requirements. I'd prefer to keep the double flaxens for myself; but all Ff and FF are available for possible sell.
