How leasing a broodmare works: Each broodmare has a leasing fee. She can be covered by any stallion of your choosing. You pay me the broodmare fee + stallion's stud fee, the mare will then be bred to the stallion you chose and as soon as the foal is born I will transfer the foal to you ツ
