The Tour Guides of Equiverse needs someone who can code one nice, big, almost transparent scroll box on top of this lovely manip I've created. Our budget for this is anywhere between 100-350k, as it should be some of the easier types of coding, HOWEVER we are willing to go higher in price if that's what it takes to find someone who can get this done ASAP.
