New Player Help

Okay, so I've noticed there's been a lot of talk about how the recode might be somewhat frustrating for new players who never played the old EV and don't know the many unwritten rules. This is fairly true, though I think Abbey and team are doing a great job. The game is lovely and extremely functional. It is just, at the moment, a bit difficult for the newbie to sim games, some 13-year-old, to get into.

Of course, since the staff is so busy already, that means that we could help out with any worries regarding this ourselves. Not by being pseudo-mods or anything, but by offering our advice, setting up FAQ and guides, offering to donate horses/money/items, and similar. I think this would be a pretty cool community project and a good way to bring us all closer together. I know EV 2.0 won't be open to the public until a bit later on, so we have time to discuss this and get our "Welcome!" banners painted. :P

What does everyone think about this?

I have a club in progress for this purpose, I'd love if I could have you and possibly whoever else help out with getting it up and ready to release? :)
