Kas walked along side her, thinking of the best way to answer her question. "They're wonderful, I mean they have respect for not only the royal family but the whole community," he began as he thought back to all the wonderful people that lived in his kingdom, "I mean there isn't really a way to describe them, they just seem perfect to me." He reminisced a moment longer before returning his attention back to Persy. "What's Moonae like?"

"It truly sounds beautiful." she sighed delightfully, looking up at the sun for a brief moment, and imaging the kingdom. "Moonae is so free, like you're actually in the sky, dancing and prancing around the moon. The people are so kind, and respecting of the royal family. At night, you can hear a beautiful song from the winds, so very peaceful." Persephone spoke softly, slightly missing her home.

She turned her head, looking at him. "Will you come again?" she asked, hoping he would. He was sort of cute, and very sweet.

Kas nodded his as a smile spread across his face. Moonae sounded so wonderful and it made him want to see it for himself. "Only if you'll be coming as well," he replied. He also missed his home and his parents were probably beginning to worry about his wherabouts. "Well I guess I better return home now before-," he cut himself off quickly,"- before my parents begin to worry." He had nearly outed himself as being the prince, but he thought better of it and to keep it to himself for now.

"Oh don't worry, I'll get away from the..house." she smiled, almost giving herself away, but luckily she corrected herself. Persephone gave him a friendly peck on the cheek, "Goodbye, I will see you tomorrow!" she called out as she began running back towards the kingdom.

Kas woke up anxious as ever to meet up with his new friend, Persephone. He had nearly skipped his schooling and he would have if his tutors hadn't caught him running out of the palace.

Kas anxiously waited for Persy at the same place that had met yesterday. Nibbling on the silky grass calmed his nerves slightly as he began to daydream. He began to think of his foalhood running around the palace like a crazed lunitic and always scolded for doing so. It made him wonder what it would have been like if he weren't the prince of Lagosta. He daydreamed on about other things, even Persy and the friendship they now shared. He liked her, anything and everything about her and it made him feel good about having a friend from a place not o his own.

Persephone barely got a bit of sleep the night before, her emotions mixed of anxiousness and excitement. She had already planned her 'escape' from the tutors, taking the back door in the kitchen.

"Hello Kas!" she called out, trotting up towards him, a bright smile on her face. Persy stopped in front of him, a satchel over her shoulder and a cloak on her back. She had a mischievous look in her eyes, which could be a bad or good sign.

Kas looked up at the familiar face, "Hello Persy." The excitement in his voice could not have gone unnoticed. His excitement soon turned to curiousness as he eyed the mare suspiciously. "What's with the satchel and cloak," he questioned slowly. Ideas began to run through his head as possible answers to his own question.

"I want you to take me to Lagosta." she spoke with excitement and firmness. "I'll have the cloak and no one will know I'm actually from Moonae." she told him. Persephone moved closer to him, till she was only a couple of inches away from him. "Please.." she pleaded, giving him her 'puppy' eyes and pouting out her lip a little.

Kas questioned it for a moment, thinking it was a rather bad idea. If he took her there then she would very quickly find out that he was the prince. "She'll find out sooner or later," he thought to himself. Which was right, she would have to know eventually so what harm could it do now. He nodded his head, "Fine, I guess I could show you around, but only if you agree to show me around Moonae one day." He gave a smirk and something that sounded like a chuckle, he knew she would agree.

"Of course! One day, I will show you Moonae, I swear." she grinned, giving him a quick thankful nuzzle and pulling the cloak over her head. She wasn't sure when or how she would show him Moonae, but she would look into it. Persephone couldn't keep her secret from him for too long, she wasn't the time of mare to hold back secrets from a friend, especially if that secret might hurt the friend.

Kas had a wide grin spread across his face at the little agreement they had just made. He was excited to know that he would one day visit Moonae as Persy was visiting Lagosta. He still could not help but worry that she might not like the idea of him being the prince. He shrugged it off and looked at Persy with a smile. "Shall we begin our journey?" He knew it was a long walk, well not too long, but it was quite the journey though he didn't mind it.

"We shall!" she spoke while moving to his side and walking slowly, her step getting faster every minute. "Kas, all my life I have been told your people have been evil. If...if they find out we're meeting like this, well...there is some hint of danger involved. I will not let you get hurt, maybe after visiting our kingdoms we should stop meeting?" she asked with concern and some worry.

Kasimir took in Persy's words, feeling a hint of sadness. He has found a friend who he connected with greatly. It would hurt to never be able to see her again. "I wouldn't want you to get hurt either, but I'd never want for us not to be able to remain friends," he replied. He looked at her with a mix of hurt and sadness. "Perhaps there is another way that we could remain friends?"

Persephone stopped when saw his face, feeling great sorrow to have caused him sadness. She turned to him, wrapping her head around his head and hugging him closely. "We'll find a way then, I promise.." she spoke softly.

Kasimir gave a small smile to Persy, feeling a bit of warmth and happiness that their new found friendship would not go to waste. Standing for a moment longer, he broke contact with her to look her in the face. "We should continue, we're almost there." He looked ahead, seeing the faint outline of the palace coming into view.
