ISO: Young foundation TB stallion

As the title states, I'm looking for young foundation Thoroughbreds stallion. In a perfect world, he'd be under the age of four (the younger, the better), unbred, started in racing if he's been trained at all, and would have 60+ conformation. Color doesn't matter.

I'm willing to negotiate openly on price and will pay well above the standard rate for the right horse.
