I5 dressage Andies with 46-58nss

So, I picked up Andies as an extra breed not too long ago, challenging myself to breed down their nss. And I'm quite happy with the result so far.

By now I'm coming to a point to start selecting in my herd (as I tend to go completely overboard in numbers rather quickly xD)
So, some first sales horses can be found here

Then I also got a follow up question, as I cube the horses up to a certain age;
The next group I have selected for sales, haven't been converted yet. Would serious buyers be interested in buying them un-converted, just with a 10k cheaper price, or would it be better to convert them first?
