Member Doesn't Exist

Hi,
What does it mean when you find a horse (multiple actually), alive and locked, but the member does not exist anymore? Is this a glitch or will the horse eventually delete?

I'm not sure, but I think it can be a glitch. Could you please attach a link to the horse?

those are horses owned by a "deleted" player. iirc when players are deleted it's more of a deactivation. it doesn't entirely wipe every trace of them from the game so their horses continue to exist.

edit: could also be accounts that were deactivated by an email address change and were never reactivated

There's no deletion, accounts lose their access through email address changes that make it an "unverified" account.
