ISO Artistic Level for new Horse X Dragon Breed(s)

Yeah you heard me right! I want an Artist that can get down to details with a Horse X Dragon breed(s) that can get the idea that I want, I never have actually done this before but I can pay someone in 100k for the base- or lineart..

So here's the first Horse X Dragon Breed idea:

- 1. I want a small pony that has front hooves of a horse, the hind legs have claws that can pickup animals but small enough to fit the horse and eat rodents, I want the horse to have fangs/no fangs for two different bases- which is the samething really..! But I also want the body to have a normal body of a horse- I'm thinking of a shetland breed to fit? I want the pony to also have wings that it can glide but still fly in a way- like how male birds charm females, kinda like that but I want the pony to have enough endurance in the legs to lift off whenever, and the wings to be a little chubby for gliding but looks skinny for flying off for a little bit.

- 2. I want the second horse to be bigger then the pony, so a TB would work- or a mustang? Let's do mustang first! So I want the mustang to be like the Shetland Pony X Dragon Breed to be the exact with the two split different bases, but I want the mustang's dragon feet to be different, more like wild claws for the back and front this time, and sharper nails to snatch bigger prey, but I want the wings to be bigger because wild mustangs have much more stamina and breaking, so the wings would be obviously bigger, but to be more normal dragon wings this time, tails also have to match so both horse X dragon breeds also need the two different tails as I want both to be different.

- 3. I want this TB breed to less stamina but a little more because of how much stamina a TB has, so it makes sense, but I want the wings to be slightly smaller since TB's are always racing, so they don't need the wings yet until they fly into the sky for the last race, but no need of dragon feet for the horses, the fangs and tails need to be there.

- 4. I want this breed to be a draft breed, a Clydesdale since they are bigger- much like a dragon, so it makes sense, and I want two different wings for the Clydes since they are gentle giants, the more dominant clydes can have the biggest wings since they are for breeding instead which are the stallions, and the female can have a slight difference in size which would work perfectly, and then the foals can have tiny wings that they can practice flying on to improve wing endurance. No need of dragon feet as well.


These are pretty big orders but I really want them! Can you also do sub versions as well? And Alpha versions? Alpha Versions = Much MUCH more wilder, sub versions are just the cousins, and include different scales as well? So that they aren't the same scales for all four horses!
