Move school description to stables page

i think the description you can add to your riding school's page would make more sense if it was on the stable page instead. people who use it tend to add a description about their stables as a whole and it's not often about their riding school specifically. it also gets in the way and makes you scroll more when submitting a ton of horses to the same school.

using my stable as an example, maybe it could be moved to the green bar where it says "Green Gardens" or just above it? it's also a bit weird that the stable name is shown twice on the same page now that i think about it lol.
