ISO: Original Designer of this charrie

Looking for the original designer of this charrie here: 


I've had it for several years, this is the ref she came with, also came with a couple tags that can be seen here. I got her from Snoglobe, but have no idea if they where the original designer or not, and they've not been active for several months, so figured I'd see if anyone else recognizes her! Just made her a new ref this night but kinda need to know who made her to credit them properly, lol. Any help is appreciated! :)
