[neb] Halloween Adopts ENDED

🎃It's spoopy Halloween season! And I come bearing two (and maybe more) adopts 👻

Rules:
1. Credits must remain on the image, and credit must be given for the design on future refs
2. No reselling for more than you paid, unless accompanied by additional art. The total resale value must remain relatively equivalent unless there is a lot of additional art. I do not accept reselling my designs with one tag for an extensive profit. 
3. I'm ok with minor design tweaks, and the addition of scars/wings/add ons.

4. I will send messages to any winner who hasn't paid within a couple days of this ending. If payment isn't received within 3 days of that message, I am claiming the adopt to be resold at a later date c: 

Full size refs will be sent out after payment is received. Background can be removed or changed upon request.
