ISO someone willing to design me a custom charrie

Hi! I am currently wanting a silver blue roan splash character to have of my own and to love! I love Blue Roans and Silver Blue Roan Splashes and forever I have been wanting someone to design one for me. 

Here is an example of what I would like the character to look like: Silver Blue Roan Splash Design . For this character I am looking for a one of a kind design that I am going to fall in love with! If you know me from talking to me on EV you will know how much I love Blue Roans and Silver Blue Roans.

Designer will get 1 mil!! 


Design must include the following:
- A horn (I don't have a specific horn in mind)
- Coat color must be a silver blue roan splash
- Bald face with icy blue eyes
- Nose must either be a tan or a pale pink
- Mane and tail must be either a cream color or an off white (whatever looks best)
- Hoofs must be either a light brown or (whatever looks best)

Things that I don't want:
- Absolutely no leg markings
