There are a ton of tutorials online. Youtube is extremely helpful when learning tutorials.


Also, when I get the chance I'll whip up some lines for you to practice with ^.^

Krita's a great program, and I hope if you start using it you'll continue to do so, even if you decide to learn other programs as well. It can do so much if you take the time to learn it (which I'm still in the process of!)

Also, as a tip, I found editing existing line-arts super helpful for learning to draw better. It doesn't teach you the basics, so I don't think it should necessarily be the first thing you do, but it's a fun jumping-off point. Good luck on your art journey! : ) And remember that even the greatest artists are still on theirs. Art is never a destination; it is truly about the journey.

Yeah, looks of tutorials to look at and study. And the first character I had made I edited some original lines, so I'm pretty comfortable with editing lines. Plus, I've sketched before, not on digital though, so sketching lines should be a tad bit easy for me sense it isn't that different from paper. And I agree with you there, art is an unending journey, with many difficulties ahead.

Its a decent amount, just scroll through it, there are some pretty free to use lines :P
