[beacon] Design Auction - Open

<sup>Character Rules:
- You may NOT post my designs in any way on Deviantart without my permission! Message me and I will reply back asap! 
- You may NOT resell for more than you paid unless extra art accompanies it.
- Message me before reselling, giving away, or trading please! I may want the character back!
- Notify me when it is rehomed along with the new owner so I can track my designs
- You may only resell my designs on Equiverse
- You may post them on personal character websites, sta.sh, imjur, or other image host sites (I DON'T consider Deviantart a host site!)
- Addons are okay (scars, capes, crowns, etc..)
- Minor changes are allowed (cleaning some markings up, simplifying markings, etc.)</sup>
