*Club Bugs Masterpost

In this club, the number of registered horses is displayed as 6. However, there are more in the registry. I don't know if its the layout that's playing up or something else :) 

Edit: Also if I click on an inactive club that I'm not a member of, it still shows the button stating, 'Leave Club'. If I click on it it has the pop - up saying, 'Are you SURE you want to leave this club?'. I click OK and the page refreshes, exactly as it was before...

I can't do any of the things I should be able to do as Admin... help?

It tells me the contest isn't there, when I go to assign the prizes... I know who the winners are, they're stated in the last newsletter in the club page. Chincoteague Mascot something.
Then I try and go back to the contest page and got "Club doesn't exist"

Although the voting is over, I am unable to "choose" the winner and dispense the winnings for this contest!

Several errors/bugs I'm getting in the Gypsy Vanner Club:

-I was able to create a contest but when the time was up I wasn't able to choose the winners and distribute prizes. I would keep getting the below error/message at the same time:

"You have chosen the winners for this contest!"
"This club doesn't have Contests unlocked."

(I checked and all features are unlocked)



-When I then decided to try and manually send the money to the winner I received the following error message:

"You are not an admin of this club"

I haven't read any of the previous posts othe than skimming, but two people have now informed me that they've attempted to register their horses in the club, but I haven't gotten any pending applicants.  They money for the registration is being removed, but the horses aren't coming up.  I can register my own horses in the club without issue.  Club: Equiverse Elites.

Might be happening with my own horses in the Paint Horse Club, but not sure whether they just haven't been accepted, or if they just didn't go through.  More concerned over those registering in Elites since the fee is high.

Ignore this.  The issue is only with horses registered previously, and current horses seem to be alright at the moment.

Are we meant to be getting a notification when we donate money/items to a club we own? The club is the Colourful Gypsy Breeder's Association.

Edit: On the 'Your Club Memberships' page, it says I am an admin in the Gypsy Vanner Club, which I'm not. It also says that I am not an admin in the Shetland Pony Club, which I am. ;)

Abbey, whenever I try to select the winner for our current mascot contest, this is what I get: And even though it says the winner has been selected, it hasn't been.

MS can't add me to the Endurance Club as an admin...

@Io - No notifications for donations.  What error do they get when trying to set you as admin, if any?

@Wiki - thank you - I can pinpoint the bug from this screenshot :) I should hopefully have a fix within the next day or so.


I'm hoping to clear up all remaining bugs in this topic before the next update, so I would really appreciate if you could post screenshots, error messages, and generally try to provide as much information as possible when reporting a bug.  Saying "This isn't working" isn't particularly helpful - tell me how it isn't working.  Error message? Something not showing up on the page where it should?  Button not refreshing the page when clicked?

When I try to post newsletters, the page refreshes and the newsletter isn't published, and when I try to appoint a club mascot, mostly the same deal- I select the horse I want to become mascot, hit "update info", and the page refreshes, with no mascot still.

@Ponies - which club?  Are you the owner or an admin?

* Club Settings now has an "Automatic Paragraphs" setting which has been defaulted to On.  If you use <br> tags or <p> tags on your club page then your club page may be a bit broken.  Just uncheck the "Automatic Paragraphs" option and they should go back to normal.

* Club Contests with the Voting method of winning should now automatically finish and hand out prizes on the day they are due to run.  If there is a tie for contest places then winners will be randomised so if you do not want this to happen please cancel your contests the day before they are due to run.
* Club Contests which have the admin picking winners should now also allow winners to actually be chosen.

Hey Abbey, I went to go poke around The EV Art Club, that I am a co-admin of and I can't even edit the page, the layout is so far down the page that it covers all of the buttons. I imagine it's because of the
tags we've been using. Is there a way we can reset the layout or something?
