Riding School/Showing age? (Answered!)

#61982 Posted on 2016-08-19 07:59:09

Hey all, probably a worn out question, but I've been on a break and can't remember. I bought a few horses from the rescue and they are all 3yo. I have them in a discipline, but they are not eligible for shows or lessons.

I'm thinking they are just too young?

Thanks!

Do they have tack? I'm pretty sure that they can't show/do riding school if they don't have tack.

If you locked your account before you left and they had already been entered in shows whatever day it was you locked them, they won't be available to show/school until a day AFTER you unlock your account (if it hasn't already been).

They must be 3+ years old, boarded at a stable, be up to date on farrier and vet, and you need enough money in hand to be able to afford the show.
I was actually able to show without any tack on o.O I guess liberty work is allowed lol

So, 3+ means 3, or 4? Because all three of them are 3yo.

I didn't lock my account, just two of my divisions, since I was still using my account to chat with a few people.

My horses are boarded, and up to date with the vet/shoes. Two of them have tack, and one has a complete set, but they are still not eligible for shows.

Is the show icon lit up or greyed out on the main horses page?
If it's blue then you'll have to wait until tomorrow. Sometimes someone can show a horse before they put it in the RC and whoever picks them up then has to wait a day.

Ah, it's blue. I did get them last night, but I guess their shows didn't run yet. Thanks, I didn't think about checking that!
