If you can't read the credits then to be safe I wouldn't sell it. I think it would be courteous to simply keep the character and retire it rather than sell it, if it may be against the creator's rules :)
People also often post on the forums asking if anyone knows who made a particular character if they're not sure.
Hoofie always credits properly so they should be readable :)

Mmm well you see, I can read perfectly fine.
However if you'd look, the image is quite small, sweetie.
And illegible unless you zoom in very close.
And as previously said, it is going back to Hoofie. I am not keeping the character or retiring it. :)

I know the image is small; I just don't think you should have had Carousel up here for sale if you didn't have permission from her creator first, personally I would have found out who created her first and asked them.
