Personality: A bit hard to read, with walls around a guarded heart, Jace doesn't want to get attached to anyone for fear of losing them. He is very honest and speaks his mind freely, making him appear uncaring or rude at times. He can keep a straight face and show no emotion even when his emotions are soaring, often making others feel uncomfortable talking to him as they cannot read what he might think about the subject.
Backstory: Jace was raised by a for-hire captain of a ship, who died out at sea. Jace lived a hard life alone for a few months, shipwrecked, until a ship sailed by and took him to America. In California, Jace, then 18, got a job and an apartment (eventually buying a house). The government found his father's will and some money was given to Jace. Jace hopes to return to sea.

Backstory: In high school, she was the one in a tight knit group of friends and rarely ventured and stretched herself out to other friends. She was the one who held onto her freshman boyfriend until recently after her senior year, she broke up with him due to personal issues. Her mother and father weren't millionaires, but they were in the wealthy part of town. They always supplied her with everything she needed to aid her through her career pathway.

Backstory: Being raised by only a mom who clearly had him at a very young age and still had no clue how to be a parent during his high school years, he took advantage of her clueless self, going to parties and 'experimenting' on drugs. He had gained a bad rep being with the wrong crowd which gained him little respect around the small town. He was often looked down upon, being accused of stealing or bullying, but of course he never did such thing. He never had a steady relationship due to inner problems and commitment issues.
