It is a bug...

I have a horse, Tucker, whose pattern says only Tovero, but if you look at his genetic test he also has SpSp, but it's not said in his patterns.

I was really disappointed when he turned 2, bc according to his patterns he was supposed to look like this, and I really love the edge of the white, but he doesn't and I'm sad :( he's still pretty, but gosh this would've been nice :3

It should probably say Tovero Splash. The markings are correct for the genetics either way. 

yeah, the markings are good, but you confirmed my suspicion, thanks :) do you want me to go put it in the bug zapper?

I also found this guy who should have Tovero, Sabino, and Splash listed, but instead it's just Tovero :/

If you have a made a report you don’t need to keep posting here. Other members can add their horses for examples if necessary. 

nah I didn't report it yet :P I'm kinda logging horses here to make a list of the ones, it seems to be paint horses so far :)

You should report it as it is a reading error on the pattern section. Everything else is working as it should, the horse images match the genetics. You don’t need to keep logging horses. 

I did last night :P I'm making a personal-ish list of the horses affected :)

If you want to record horses then you can use the journal function next to your activity page link. It’s not necessary to keep posting them on the forums. If you need to provide more examples then add them to the bug report please.
