Farming help

I have been trying to change what seeds im planting in farmstead, but cant seem to figure out how. The plants I initially planted have all already been planted and harvested.

Are you trying to change seeds in the farm or the orchard? Make sure you have bought turnip or carrot seeds from the store or have some in your inventory first. 

Im trying to change seeds in my farm. I have the seeds in my inventory but dont see an option to change the seeds manually.

Which seeds are you trying to change? In the farm there's two options that you can click on, turnip and carrot seeds, to plant them. 

im currently trying to change carrots and Turnips.

You won't be able to plant any more seeds right now as it's winter, but you should be able to when it turns to spring on Monday.
