Custom Betta Fish Character

Hi! I recently bought a Betta fish named Einstein and I'd like to have a character of him. I suck at art, so I'd like to have someone do it for me XD. I don't care what lines you use, but please keep them realistic. Tell me your pricing, but nothing too expensive. (I don't have much money.)Here is his ref. Message me if you need more refs.

I can try to fit it in with school and other art, but you would have to give me a lot of time as of right now. I'm guessing you are wanting a fish character or your Betta, or a horse character of him?

I don't really like unrealistic horses, so I would like the Extremely Realistic Fish.
