ISO: custom tag/sig

Yes I'm looking to get a custom tag and sig done of my boy Ryder, I already know what i have in mind for them

Tag

The tag is fairly simple, I'm wanting him with a happy look with his toung out if possible and either one or both his paws up as if pushing against glass looking forward

Sig

With the sig I'm wanting him in front of a fire place either on a rug or bed happily chewing on a bone, I'd also like for the background a window looking out on a snowy night, and if you have something in mind that would be fitting for the setting I have said feel free to add it

My boy, I'd really love for his collar to be included

Edit: I forgot to add he has floppy ears despite the reference
