Morgan

Blinking her light blue eyes and nodding as Carter spoke out of earshot of Addy. “Hey Addy can we all go to the barn?” Asking the question and smiling at Addy’s answer about going. “C’mon guys lets go!” Skating to the exit  and turning her skates in quickly. Trying to remain calm and not give any signs of her over excitement she felt. Entering into the back beside Addy and giving a slight squeeze to her hand before settling next to Carter’s side and giving a smile up at him. The drive taking 20 mins to get to the barn. Exiting the car once it stopped and pulling out her phone and hitting the record button to capture the moment on camera when the time called for it. Morgan keeping one hand laced with Carter’s and rubbing tiny circles in the middle to keep herself calm. Watching Addy hurry ahead of them and turning to Carter with a smile planting on her face “I’m gonna cry...just a forewarning.” Feeling happy tears prick her eyes and following inside after Addy to make sure to record the reaction.

Addy

Answering Simon’s calls and hearing her had a present at the barn for her. Nodding in agreement to go to the barn at Morgan’s question. Sitting down in the back beside Morgan and Carter keeping silent along the way to the barn. Once arriving at the barn, Addy moved quickly towards the big barn doors. Entering through and scanning around for Simon’s familiar face. Spotting Ransom in his stall with lights around it and making her way to his stall. “Hey handsome.” Smiling at him as he whinnied and making her way to his stall. Seeing a bow on his stall and inspecting him over to see him the cleanest she’d ever seen. Addy blinked her hazel eyes softly before grabbing a hold of his nameplate and reading the question on the side that said “Will you marry me?”  Frowning at the question and scratching her head before rereading the question again. Glancing towards the crowed that had gathered outside the stall to watch. “Well of course I’ll marry the horse...” Laughing and then rereading the name plate and looking around with a puzzled expression in her hazel eyes.

Carter

Carter turned his skates in with the rest and made his way to the car, getting in the drivers side. He started the car up and waited for everyone to get settled before driving off and heading down the road towards the barn. The closer they got to the barn, the more excited he felt. Simon had been preparing this moment for months. The 20 minute drive was over quickly and everyone climbed out of the car excitedly, following after Addy into the barn. He stopped when he spotted Simon standing next to a stall decorated with lights and a fancy bow. A laugh escaped his lips at Addy's puzzled look and exclamation of marrying the horse. He wrapped an arm around Morgan's waist, looking over at her videoing the moment. "I hope you are getting all of this," he spoke, his eyes going back to the couple.

Simon

Simon fed Ransom another treat, hearing a car pull up to the barn and hearing multiple footsteps coming in the barn. A big smile appeared on his face when he saw Addy. He watched Addy for a moment reading the nameplate on the halter as he lowered himself down on one knee and pulled the box that held the ring inside. "No Ads," he spoke with a laugh, "Will you marry me?" A wide smile was plastered on his face as he watched her reaction.

Morgan

Smiling at Addy’s reaction and pressing closer to Carter with a single nod of her head still recording the moment between the two. Grinning and giggling at Addy’s mixed emotion and her answer before ending the video she recorded of the two. “Congratulations love birds.” Blinking her light blue eyes and then pressing a kiss to Carter’s lips in the moment of joy for her two best friends finally becoming engaged. Pulling away and then just staying near Carter’s side with a smile planted on her face. Morgan raising her hands in the air for Addy’s question. “Hey hey....I didn’t know of it too long before you did...trust me am I really that good at keeping a secret to my best friend?” Knowing herself that she would’ve spilled the beans if it wasn’t for Carter keeping her in check. “I’m so happy you two and you both deserve it.” Morgan Smiling again and grabbing hold of Carter’s hand and tracing his palm with her thumb gently. Morgan watching the amount of kisses Addy gave Simon and laughing at the pair.

Addy

Once rereading the nameplate and then hearing Simon behind her. Turning and spotting him down on one knee with a diamond ring. Tears beginning to form in her hazel-green eyes as she covered her mouth with her hand and gasping. Staying silent for a moment and then registering the whole situation in her head. “Absolutely....Yes!” Shaking her head ups nd down quickly as if he would take the question away and vanish. “Yes, Simon Crimm I want to marry you and grow old and have children.” Extending her left hand and feeling the diamond ring getting put on her shaking hand. Addy feeling her heart skipping beats and lowering herself down to Simon’s level and kissing his lips and leaning in to deepen the kiss between them. “I...love...you....” in between kissing him on the lips. Standing up and pulling Simon up with her, exiting the stall with a wide smile on her face. “How long did you keep it a secret Morgan.....Carter?” Asking the question and then giggling at her response. Turning back towards Simon and wrapping her arms around his neck pulling him closer and giving him another passionate kiss and walking him back against the stall door staying pressed against him. Finally moving her lips to his ear and whispering into his ear quietly. Clearing her throat “You’ve literally just made me the happiest girl in the world and now getting to spend the rest of my life with you makes it perfect.” Giving another kiss to Simon’s lips and then pulling away with a grin.

Carter

Carter watched the moment unfolding, a smile plastered on his face the entire time. He was happy that his two best friends were having this moment. It made him think about him and Morgan in the same situation for just a moment, but today was Addy and Simon's day. He put his hands up in the same manner as Morgan did at Addy's question. "Hey, don't come attacking me, Simon swore me to secrecy," he spoke laughing. He returned Morgan's kiss, nodding in agreement with her words to Simon and Addy. "You two definitely deserve to be happy together, you guys are seriously perfect for each other." He felt Morgan grab his hand and he gave it a light squeeze. "How about we give these two lovebirds a little space," he asked Morgan, leaning to whisper the words in her ear.

Simon

Simon stayed silent for the split moment, feeling his heart pounding as he waited for Addy to answer him. For a moment he thought his heart had stopped all together. The smile on his face widened when she said yes. "I love you too," he answered, sliding the ring on her finger and kissing her once more. He allowed himself to be pulled to his feet and led out of the stall. He locked the stall door so that Ransom couldn't get out. "It's true, I did swear him to secrecy, and I knew Morgan couldn't handle keeping the secret from you, no offense," he laughed. He brought Addy in for another kiss, feeling his back come in contact with the stall door. "I'm so happy that you're happy," he responded, "I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you, future Mrs. Crimm." The smile returned to his face at the new name he had just given her. 

Morgan

Nodding at Carter’s whisper to her ear and leading the way out of the barn. Looking at the stars above “We could go home and watch a movie and cuddle with the kids?” Referring to Pearl, Pepper and Ryker as the kids. Walking towards the car and breathing out contently “I hope one day that’ll be me...” blinking her light blue eyes into Carter’s dark blue ones. “I know today is meant for Addy and Simon but I feel like such a horrible person for feeling a slight bit jealous about it.” Shaking her head at the slight jealous filling inside “I know your probably waiting for the right time....” sliding into the passenger seat beside Carter and tapping her finger on the door for a moment. “It’s just I want to be a Beck so much it hurts inside.” Turning to Carter and reaching across the console to hold his hand. “I just want to say even though you get it all the time from me....I love you so much and your basically my whole world.” Smiling at her words and then leaning back against the seat waiting for the ride home.

Addy

Watching as Morgan and Carter left so it was just the two of them plus the horses. Planting another kiss to Simon’s lips like he was a newfound boyfriend she couldn’t keep herself from. “I like the sound of that Addalyn Crimm or Mrs.Crimm  or just anything that involves taking your last name is fine by me.” Smiling and then leaning her head against Simon’s chest listening  to his heartbeat. “You know you really had me worried with all the time you were spending at the office...I kinda jumped to conclusions and thought you were having an affair or something.” Shaking her head slowly back and fourth and giggling “I know stupid Addy and her backage of jumping to conclusions every time.” Holding her hand up and looking st the diamond ring “It’s perfect....now I can show all my friends and wear it everyday and everywhere I go.” Getting excited again and then widening her hazel-green eyes. “We have to FaceTime your parents and mine to show off to them....then I have to update my Facebook status and make a post. Fishing out her phone from her back pocket and and turning it to selfie mode. Holding up her left hand and then planting a kiss on Simon’s cheek and taking a couple pictures. “I’m still puzzled on one thing though Simon....how did you get Hayley to give you Ransom?”  Tilting her head and giving an inquisitive look to him waiting for an answer to come out.

Carter

Carter followed Morgan out of the barn and to the car. "That sounds like a nice idea, I like it," he responded, "I guess I should also take Kyle and Daniela back to my aunt's house. I'm sure they don't want to stay the night at our house." He turned his head to look at the two who had beat them back at the car, a grin appearing on his face when they collectively shook their heads about staying the night. Carter buckled himself in, looking to Morgan, his eyes softening at the words spilling from her mouth. "I know, and I promise that one day you will take my last name, but today just isn't that day. And it's okay to be jealous, I know how badly you want that. I love you more than anything." He leaned over, placing a kiss on Morgan's forehead before grabbing her hand and rubbing circles onto it with his thumb. He turned the car on and pulled away from the barn and made the drive first to his aunt's house to drop Kyle and Daniela off and then home. He was rather excited about being back at home after a full day of activities. His need for some quiet time with Morgan and the dogs was something he looked forward too all the time. He pulled in the driveway and turned the car off, climbing out and walking to the front door. He could already hear Buffy alerting everyone in the nearby radius of someone being home. He shook his head and unlocked the door, allowing Morgan to enter first. Before she could get very far, Carter grabbed her arm and pulled her back to him and wrapping an arm around her waist, the other resting on her cheek. "I. love. you," he spoke between placing kisses to her lips. "Now what movie are we going to watch?"

Simon

Simon too, noticed everyone leave and the only ones to be left were him, Addy, and Ransom along with various other horses in their stalls. He held Addy close, returning the kisses that she gave. The smile was plastered on his face almost like a permanent fixture from the happiness that he felt. "Well, that will happen really soon," he responded, thinking about the now up and coming wedding. It made him excited just thinking about it. Simon took a hold of Addy's hand, looking at the diamond ring he had placed there. "I'm so glad that it fits, I was worried my grandmother had a larger finger than you, but it seems her ring fits you just perfectly." He placed another kiss to her lips, wrapping an arm around her waist as if not willing to ever let her leave his side. He laughed at Addy's sudden exclamation to tell everyone about the engagement, watching her pull her phone from her back pocket. He leaned in closer, allowing her to snap a few pictures. "I'm sorry I ever made you worry about something like that, but I would never do that. You are the only one for me, Ads." He looked over to Ransom at the mention of him and then back to Addy. "Ransom wasn't exactly owned by Hayley. My brother was the legal owner and because he loves me very much and saw how much you wanted him, he decided to sell him to me. So now, he is all yours."

Morgan

Once dropping off Carter’s family and nodding to what he said earlier about it one day being their day. Laughing as she walked beside Carter into the house hearing Buffy’s barks of alarm. Entering in first and then smiling at Carter’s words and blushed as he kissed her lips. “Hmmm we can watch the hallmark movie I recorded the other day?” Giving a half crooked smile to her suggestion about which movie to watch. Finally breaking away from Carter’s side to unlock the dogs from there crate. Opening the crates and watching Ryker zoom out and run to the bedroom leaping on the bed and wagging his butt furiously side to side. Laughing at his antics and then following into the shared bedroom. Flicking on the light and entering into the closet deciding between which pajamas to change into. Deciding on a pair of silk and lacy top with pants. The color being a  dark red unlike her strawberry red hair. Exiting out and spotting Carter’s sunglasses he wore all the time. Giggling and placing them on even though she was inside. Spotting Carter setting up the movie and smiling “Woah babe your hotness is burning my eyes. That smile is so glowing making it hard to see.” Twirling around with the sunglasses on and then stopping in front of the tv blocking Carter’s view and cracking a smile.

Addy

Nodding to what he said about Ransom being owned by Bailey and now by them. “Thank you honey for being the best and only wanting me to have the best.” Kissing him again and then taking another picture of Simon with Ransom peeking over the stall door in the background. “Perfect now I can stare at my two perfect boys whenever I want to.” Leaning into Simon’s side and then sliding down against the stall door to sit. Hitting the FaceTime button to call her parents of the exciting news. Smiling as they picked up quickly and showing the screen to Simon and then to the dazzling diamond ring on her finger. Hearing her mother’s happy voice and her father’s look of approval. “I know Mom....isn’t he the best...this is literally the best day of my life!” Tearing up once more talking about the man she deeply cared for and loved. Once she chatted with her parents and then hung up wiping the stray tears coming out. Fanning her face again to make them stop “God....I’m so emotional over this....see I’m crying all over again.” Planting another kiss to Simon’s lips and resting her head on his shoulder contently. 

Carter

Carter nodded, "That sounds good to me babe." He let Morgan go and headed into the living room, turning on the tv and then walking into the kitchen and making a bowl of popcorn with extra butter. He saw Buffy and Pearl zoom alongside one another right out the door and into the yard, Pepper following after but soon coming back inside and coming to stand under Carter. "Hey Pep," he spoke to the canine, patting his head, "You want a treat?" Pepper tilted his head at the word and wagging his tail. Carter grabbed a treat from the box and handed it to Pepper. "Such a good boy," Carter cooed, patting Pepper's head once again. He grabbed the bowl of popcorn and walked into the living room, grabbing the remote and going through the list of recorded things. He found the Hallmark movie that Morgan had recorded and selected it, pausing it to wait for her. He turned his head, seeing her in her pajamas and wearing his sunglasses. Laughing, he pulled her down on the couch with him. "You are so adorable, you know that?" He leaned forward, placing a kiss on her lips before taking the sunglasses off of her face and placing them on the coffee table in front of him. "Ready to watch the movie?"

Simon

"Of course, anything for you my princess," he spoke, leaning into the kiss. He let Addy take another picture and laughed. "I think you have enough picture to last you decades now," he joked. He lowered himself to the ground to sit next to her, wrapping an arm to rest on her shoulders. A smile was plastered on his face while Addy was FaceTiming her parents, waving at the camera when Addy pointed the camera in his direction. Simon wiped the tears off of Addy's face, leaning in for another kiss. "The only tears I ever want to see are the happy ones," he spoke just above a whisper. He placed another kiss on Addy's lips. "Time to call my parents and share the news with them." He dug the phone out of his pocket and pressed the FaceTime button, his mom immediately picking up. "Hey mom, is Dad and Gram and Gramps with you?" His mom nodded swiftly and he saw all of them come into view of the camera. "She said yes," Simon exclaimed, pointing the camera at Addy and holding her hand up to show the ring now on her finger. His mom squealed in delight and a series of congrats came his way from all of them. "Hun, you got your hands filled with that one," he heard his Gram say. He shook his head at her comment. "I love you guys," he spoke, before hanging up the call. 

Morgan

Giggling at Carter’s words and then scrunching her face when he kissed her and removed the sunglasses. “I know am.” Flicking her curly strawberry red hair and smashing her lips to his once more before settling down beside him on the couch and moving blanket over them. Snacking on the popcorn he made and watching the hallmark movie in content. Snapping her fingers for the dogs to join them on the couch. Ryker zooming from the bed to the couch and squeezing in behind Carter and couch giving a content sigh. Giggling at the dogs antics as they made themselves comfortable near them. “You know how much I love this time.” Asking the simple statement and then smiling widely “Let’s just say that I love it a lot.” Blushing and then turning her attention back to the TV as the hallmark movie continued playing.

Addy

Smiling at Simon’s words and then smiling as he called his parents and grandparents. “Oh I know he’s a handful like top notch drama king.” Laughing and grinning into the camera as his grandmother spoke. “I’m really glad that I met you in the forest from that camp....you’ve changed my life for the better.” Resting her head back on his shoulder and sighing contently and grabbing his hand tracing small circles on his palm. “So I want this wedding quickly...the longer I have to wait the more impatient I’m going to get.” Laughing at her own comment and then racking her brain for wedding ideas. “The wedding dress has to be perfect I want it to show skin and be floral and lacey.” Spitting out the ideas that were coming from her brain quickly. “Oh you have to wear that cologne that I love.” Pressing her nose to his neck and inhaling the scent she loved “Whatever the cologne your wearing right now you can bathe in it before the wedding....we can get Mr and Mrs Crimm items.” Getting overly excited about the wedding planning. 

Carter

Carter laughed in response, hitting the play button on the remote for the movie to start. While the movie wasn't his favorite in the world, Carter still found himself rather invested in the plot of it all. He situated himself on the couch to get comfortable, wrapping an arm around Morgan and leaning in closer. Pearl finally decided to settle down and climbed on the couch, circling a few times before dropping herself next to Carter, resting her head on the arm of the couch. Pepper curled up on the side with Morgan, and placed his head in her lap. For a moment it even seemed as Pepper was watching the movie with them as he stared at the screen and tilted his head at it a few times. Carter looked at Morgan when she made a comment, placing a kiss on her forehead. "I love this time too," he responded, turning his attention back to the movie once more. Before the movie had even finished Carter found himself fast asleep on the couch.

Simon

Simon smirked at Addy's comment back to his grandmother, shaking his head. "I'm really glad that I met you too," Simon spoke, "Who knows what would have happened if I hadn't have saved you out there." He laughed at his teasing, leaning back against the stall. It was silent for a moment, the only sound coming from a stall where a horse was pawing at the ground. He listened to Addy ramble on about plans for the wedding, a smile forming on his face at her excitement. He looked down at her from the corner of his eye, a laugh escaping his lips at her continuous rambling. "Of course, we'll have all of that." Another laughed escaped when Addy leaned in and breathed in the smell of his cologne, making it tickle. "Okay, okay, that tickles." He tilted his head to take in Addy's face and admiring it for a moment. "You are so beautiful," he spoke lowly, leaning in to place a kiss on her lips. "Now, as much as I would love to sit here and hold you close forever, this floor is getting quite uncomfortable." He shifted, feeling his aching bones from sitting on the hard surface of the barn floor for so long. "What do you say we go back home and snuggle up in bed with the dogs and cats?"

Morgan 

Watching the movie and smiling at Pepper’s reactions. Soon hearing Carter’s breathing get slower behind her and turning her head to see that he had fallen asleep already. Shaking her head and continuing to watch the hallmark movie that was still playing. Hearing the door open to see Addy and Simon walk inside the house close together. After the movie finished she turned off the tv looking back at the sleeping Carter. Moving his arm that was wrapped around her and standing up with a stretch. “Addy I wanna see the ring.” Grabbing her hand as she extended it to look. “It’s so pretty Ads.” The thought finally hitting her that it was Christmas tomorrow. “C’mon pups get dad!” Saying goodnight to Addy and Simon before going into the bedroom and getting under the covers. Ryker watching Morgan get off and giving a playful bark before going to Carter and licking his face a couple times. Effectively waking him up and then jumping off the couch to jump on the bed beside Morgan. Rolling over to face Carter with a tired smile “Love you.” Leaning in and wrapping her arms around Carter pressing her head to his chest and closing her eyes.

Addy

Hearing Simon’s comment on the floor and nodding. Standing up and walking out of the barn hands laced with his. Getting into the car and buckling her seatbelt with a smile. Finally reaching the house and exiting the car, opening the door and spotting Morgan and Carter on the couch. Smiling at the two and then stopping as Morgan got up coming to greet them. Holding her hand out and smiling wider at Morgan’s comment “I know right. Look at the way it sparkles under the light.” Saying goodnight to Morgan and then walking into the dog room unlocking Buffy and Gemini’s crate. “Hey girls.” Kissing both dogs on the head before picking up Minnie and Mickey both in her arms and walking to the shared bedroom of hers and Simon’s. Setting both cats on the bed and then going into the closet and changing into a purple silk pajamas and pants. Brushing her teeth and then making the way to the bed and getting under the covers. Rubbing Gemini’s head and scratching behind Minnie’s ear. Turning over to Simon “Tomorrows Christmas babe...I think I got the best present of all.” Kissing his lips and moving closer to him with a grin. “I have a question though Crimm and you better spill it.” Addy’s voice getting serious for a moment. “Please tell me if Carter has told you when he’s planning on asking Morgan.” Blinking her hazel-green eyes innocently at him and then leaning back. “If you don’t spill it I won’t kiss you anymore.”

Carter

Carter was fast asleep on the couch, jolting awake when the dogs climbed on the couch and began licking his face. He blinked a few times, seeing that the movie was over and Morgan was no longer next to him. He stood from the couch, following the sound of Morgan's voice to where she was with Addy and Simon. "Hey, guys," he spoke sleepily, rubbing his eyes and yawning. He wrapped his arms around Morgan, resting his head on her shoulder for a moment. "Okay, off to bed," he spoke, still pretty much asleep. He placed a kiss on Morgan's cheek. He walked into the bedroom and into the closet, changing into a pair of sweatpants before returning to the bed. He pulled the blankets back and climbed in, scooting closer to Morgan and wrapping an arm around her. "Hmmmm, I love you too." Carter closed his eyes, moving his head and placing a kiss on Morgan's lips. Soon he was back asleep. Pearl jumped on the bed at Carter's feet, curling up and plopping her body down with a heavy sigh. Pepper crawled under the bed to his usual favorite spot, his snout peeking out from underneath as he stretched out. 

Simon

Simon got to his feet and held his hand to help Addy up, before following her out of the barn. He fished his keys from his pocket and climbed in the car, starting up the engine and buckling up. He reached over for Addy's hand, giving it a light squeeze as they drove back to the house. When they pulled into the driveway, Simon shut the car off and climbed out, following behind Addy into the house. Buffy greeted him, jumping onto him and twirling around happily before sitting down, furiously wagging her tail. "Nice to see you too girl," he smiled, patting her head. Simon left for the bedroom and walked into the closet, changing into a pair of basketball shorts and an old t-shirt. He quickly brushed his teeth and sat at the edge of the bed for a moment, checking all the messages on his phone with all the congratulations from everyone. Addy came out of the bathroom and Simon set his phone down on the nightstand, pulling back the blankets to get under them. Buffy laid on the floor next to the bed on Simon's side contently, watching the two cats take residence on the bed. Simon turned over to face Addy with a smile. "Making threats, aren't we," Simon spoke playfully. "But yeah, he has mentioned something about it. He's thinking of doing it New Year's Eve."

Morgan

Stirring in her sleep but asleep next to Carter with her arm draped around Pepper and Ryker who finally hopped on the bed sometime during the night. Shifting closer to Carter and snuggling under the warm blankets asleep for a couple more hours. Finally the clock hitting on 6:00 am. Rolling over and blinking open her bright blue eyes watching the bright red glow of the clock. Smiling and knowing it was Christmas morning. Reaching for her iPhone on the table next to her and clicking open the weather app hoping the weatherman’s predictions were true. Pushing back the covers and creeping to the window silently spotting the fresh white blanket of snow with the snow still coming down. Like a child on Christmas morning Morgan’s bright blue eyes shined with happiness and joy. Watching Carter with a slight smile on his face and then shaking it away “Wake up...please” pouncing ontop of Carter and using her weight to spread it out evenly giving a quick peck to his lips “It’s Christmas morning can we go wake up the others please.” Begging like a child waiting for permission from her parents back with her twin sister. “Carter Lane Beck.” Popping the c and extending the k on the end of his name. Finally smiling at her accomplishments of waking him up. “I’ll go wake up the other love birds.” Morgan making her way to Addy and Simon's room and opening the door. Turning on the bright light and shouting “Addy...Simon....Crimms rise and shine it’s Christmas morning and it’s snowing.” Clearly way to excited to be spending Christmas all together and then pulling the large blanket off. Morgan smiling happily at her way of waking them up and then moving to the living room and sitting on the couch beside Carter. Ryker following after Morgan and giving a sharp bark before settling himself down in front of the fire place.

Addy

Nodding at Simon’s words and then giving him a kiss at the information he spilled to her. “Thanks Babe, goodnight and fair warning Morgan likes waking up at the crack of dawn on Christmas morning.” Closing her hazel-green eyes falling into a deep sleep beside Simon. Feeling as if her sleep was all too short before the blinding light in the room popped on with a smiling Morgan. Laughing as she pulled the covers off exposing her to the cold air. “Okay okay I’m up I’m up.” Shaking her head and then shoving Simon’s side and pulling the pillow out from under his head. Giving him a saucy grin and then exiting from the warmth of the bed and following after Morgan. Sitting down close to the tree and grabbing for the presents to distribute out. Gemini following after and Addy and hopping onto the rocking chair and laying back down with a tired snort. “Someone didn’t get their beauty sleep apparently.” Pointing to Gemini already back to sleep on the chair with a shake of her head and continuing to pass out the presents.

Carter

Carter rolled over in his sleep, hugging closer to Morgan and at some point in the night turning to the other side with an arm around Pearl. He stirred in his sleep, vaguely aware that Morgan had gotten out of the bed, but continued to sleep. His eyes blinked open as he rubbed his face when Morgan jumped on top of him. "What time is it," he questioned, turning his head to look at the clock. "It's sooo early," he complained, closing his eyes. Pearl hopped off the bed, licking at Carter's hand as if taking Morgan's side about getting up. Carter sighed, relenting, "Fine, I'm getting up." He opened his eyes and shifted, sitting up in the bed. Before he could say anything Morgan was gone to wake up Addy and Simon. Carter pushed the blankets aside and got out of bed, walking into the living room. "Come on pups," he called, opening up the front door. A cold gust of air hit him and he watched the snow fall for a moment and the dogs rushing out to play in it. He closed the door and allowed the dogs to play, walking back into the bedroom and grabbing a long sleeve shirt. He walked to the kitchen, starting a pot of coffee and pouring four cups and walking to the living room where everyone else was. He placed the cups on the table and sat on the couch, taking sips of his coffee to wake him up. 

Simon

Simon blinked his eyes, squinting at the light being turned on as he groaned and pulled the blanket over his head. "Whyyy," he groaned, having the blankets snatched off of him. He laid in the bed for a moment, unwilling to get up just yet. He finally got up, being the last one to enter the living room still half asleep. When Addy told him Morgan liked getting up super early, he didn't really think she meant at the crack of dawn. Simon sat on the couch closest to Addy and picked up the cup of coffee that was much needed and took a sip. "Thanks Carter, this was much needed," he cracked a smile, laughing. He set the cup back on the table and passed presents to Carter and Morgan, and setting his own in front of him as Addy passed them out. 

Morgan

Grabbing the cup of coffee that Carter handed to her and taking a sip of the hot liquid. “Thanks, babe.” Passing our the presents she got for everyone and then motioning for Addy to open hers. Revealing a brand new phone case and coffee cup that said Dogs before Dudes. Smiling and showing the four presents she got for Carter in front of him. “Ok the first one I picked out is amazing.” Smiling and clasping her hands together in excitement watching his reaction to the matching pajamas. “The next present I know you’ll love as well.” Morgan smiling and watching his reaction with her light blue eyes for the Rolex watch she bought him. Shoving the next present foreword which was in a box that had a green bow on top. A yeti cup being in there and then the next present being a gift card to his favorite restaurant. Handing Simon his things and then motioning for the next person to open there presents.

Addy

Taking a sip of the coffee “Thanks Carter.” Looking at the excited Morgan who was smiling from ear to ear. Passing out the present and the. Watching Carter open them first, motioning to Simon next. Pulling out a large box that held a stationary set with notebooks. The next gift being a cologne bottle and a pair of matching pajamas. Handing Simon the next box from her which contained four flannel shirts. The last gift being tickets to the Journalism expo in the spring which took hard connections to get two tickets. Smiling and waiting to hear the comments and reactions before motioning to the next person to open there’s.
