Since I'm not seeing anything about clubs in the Terms and Conditions, could we get some clarification when it comes to votes. So two things:

#1 - Is selling of votes allowed on EV? Having been a member of multiple games that allowed that, I can simply say I don't enjoy this factor. So hoping that we can get some clarification if it's allowed on here.

#2 - Is a "vote for a vote" allowed? This I'd be a fan of, because everyone is able to vote for someone, so why not.

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. By "selling of votes", do you mean paying someone to vote for you? And, what do you mean by "vote for a vote"?

Selling of Votes would be like "if you vote for me you'll get x evd" or something similar. Vote for a Vote means "if you vote for me i'll vote for you" basically.

Given that we can't "sell" parts of the game, I want to say voting would fall under that. Personally not a fan of vote for a vote, you should be voting who you want to be president, not be voting as a favour for someone voting for you.
