ISO A good conformation shetland stallion

Hello,

For my Splashy(Highest shetland conformation pony) I am looking for a good stallion to breed her with. Her head, neck and shoulders are lacking with just a good. I need a stallion whom can breed to her and has these traits perfect or excellent. She has all the other traits in perfect or excellent. I don't mind these dropping a little but I need the 65 at neck gone.

i don't typically stud out stallions or pay attention to conformation but i have some of the best shetlands and this is the only one i found who could suit your needs. 
he's already bred one foal and that was just 10 days ago.
he has an excellent neck, back, and head. let me know.

Thank you for this offering, I will take him in consideration. I got 3 stallions of my own with similar conformation though and I would prefer an average above 70 and better in all three 'bad' stats of my mare. She's still got some weeks luckily. Cool to see you took over the list from me, mine were highest back at the old ev, but I am very jumpy with being and not being here.
