[ED] ISO Recolorist...(found)

so.... as some of you know I've had like no time to do art, and therefore art sales are kinda down the drain.

BUT

I'm trying to finish something and would like to sell it, only problem is I don't have the time to sit and do recolors all day, especially since I try to make sure the recolors are as accurate as possible. I could do an auction but I'd rather be able to let more people have a chance at it. So not only am I looking for someone who's willing to recolor, but has good recoloring standards.

What does the job entail?

• Running the sale, I can type out the whole thing so you can just copy/paste it if you wish. If you'd rather type it out yourself there are some hard rules that must be placed in (such as pickups won't be posted until payment is sent/confirmed). 


• Either managing all the money and sending my half to me or communicating with me to ensure we both received the full amount before recolors are posted.


• Completing recolors within a week of being ordered (slot sales help manage this, in the past my sales have gotten some influx that's hard to keep up with but that was like a year ago so idk how it will do now).


• Maybe being able to do add-ons in a similar style? If not we can do no add-ons or maybe small add-ons which I could do.


• Being positive even if people screw up everything in their forms or whatever because it happens sometimes.


• You would receive 50% of the sale's income


• You would be able to make infinite free recolors of your own characters, though you may not make free recolors for friends. sorry :c


• Though as a side note, art pass holders would be able to order in accordance with their art pass allowance. I would be doing those who have an art pass for me, it would be up to you if you wished to open it up to your own art pass holders, if any.


• Also, of course, you may not re-open a sale with my work at any point in the future without my consent. That's just kinda weird.

• Must have a program that can open .psd files and handle clipping mask layers.


• Ability to figure out how to color my basing style/massive layer madness (I'll condense as much as I can, but that's not saying much if you're not used to layers everywhere).


• Ability to do complex characters accurately.
