*Locked horse won at auction staying locked

I won this guy from the auction house yesterday and he was locked when I bid, but although he now belongs to me he is still locked. I can't unlock him or move him out of my unassigned horses division. The options to do either of those things aren't actually there at the bottom of the page - it just looks like this:

Just had this happen to me yesterday,  and a Mod told me to use the Edit button on the upper right of the main horse page to assign them to a different division. That alone unlocked mine, otherwise you can lock and unlock the division you assigned them to and that should fix it!
