*Club Bugs Masterpost

I had 33 pending horses to be registered with the IPHA Internation Pintaloosa Horse Registry, and now that I am able to log in the horses that were submitted are gone? And my other admin has not been active for a while? The club page is still showing that we have 0 horses registered, even though when you click on the link there are oodles...

Registry applications may be coming in ok now, but it's hard to know for sure. Some have certainly worked ok, at least.

 I am the admin for the Western Paint Horse Association, it is a fairly new club. I am not sure exactly yet what admins should be able to do since all it allows me to do right now is accept new horses. I just received an in game mail from the club owner herself saying she too is unable to update the information on the club page.

Club member fees for a couple clubs I am in are due today but I can't pay them because the clubs haven't paid their monthly fees??

I can't pay my dues to any clubs from any of my accounts

Registration application for Gypsy Vanner club disappear after server actualisation and a Shilo bug still happens.

So I made a club contest for the Chincoteague Club. A Mascot contest. 
None of my members were able to enter horses because the contest wasn't allowing them.
So the contest has timed out with no possible winners. Can I get it shut down as there were no entrants? And this bug sorted out? Their horses all met the contest requirements.      
Also could someone shut down my topic about the above?

*Most* of these should now be fixed - I'll list everything that I've fixed in the next news post, but for now if you wouldn't mind testing what you've reported here I would appreciate it.

Anything that still isn't fixed, please post below and I will be sure to include it in my next fixes.

For the horse contest bug: Are the horses definitely registered in the club?

My club contest cant be ended and the prizes allocated as for some reason the Chincoteague Club is being told that contests aren't unlocked... yet how could I have a contest being run if they weren't? I know they are unlocked as almost everything is unlocked, I spent the money some time ago... 
I just sent out a club message announcing the winners too...

@Smokey - where is it telling you contests aren't unlocked?  I'm able to access your contests just fine.  Is it when you're viewing a certain page, or can you not access the contests link?

I can't post a newsletter for the Miniature Horse Club, although I'm an admin... Not sure if this already has been reported.

This is the third time of writing as the system has been timing me out for some unknown reason - plus I am a slow typer.

Prior to being notified of a bug in the clubs section of the game, I applied for registration of at least 10 horses with the “For The Well Conformed Club” paying the required fee of $250 per horse.  The registrations did not take place due to the bug, which I accepted.  On being notified that the bug had been fixed, I initially re-registered one horse – Sylvan Myst (conf 85.03) which appears to have no problems and is still registered.  I then re-registered a further 13 horses with the same club, as listed below.

The above horses were registered and each received a badge on their individual pages which have vanished as well as the details on the club registration page.  On confirmation of registration one or two of the horses were locked for later use - would the registration have been affected by this move?  I am loathe to register my horses for a third time due to the amount of money being lost and the time spent searching my bank records if they still exist.  Regrettably, I have deleted the info on the notifications page. The only evidence I have is on a homemade spreadsheet which proves nothing.  However, I do still wish to register these & further horses.  On a general note - should I have registered them as stallions/brood mares or just generally and the corresponding info transfers automatically or pay again for this priviledge? This also means that without the horses being registered I am unable to enter any contests.

Is there any way members of clubs can still enter contests on a temporary basis while this bug situation is resolved?
I am sorry if this sounds like a gripe - it isn't meant to be.
