Laney\Eclipse private RP

This is a private RP between Laney and myself if you are not Laney you may not post an response! 
Feel free to read along though! ;)

                                                              Plot:
There is a wild horse herd in the modern day time. This is good because they can no longer be caught by humans but there are many dangers none the less. The lead stallion Ash will do his best to keep his herd safe but somethings you can't control. Many of the dangers are,storms, predators such as mountain loins,and a few others not very important. There are one stallion(of course Ash the leader) five mares and two foals along with one on the way. All the foals aren't Ash's but the leader before him. Storm was the leader before Ash.

I guess ill go ahead and post my character? are we doing multiple characters? Because you said there are 5 other mares?

Form:
Name: Tempest
Gender: Female
Age: 4
Personality: Tempest is a very fun and loving mare, She takes care of herself and others around her. Though she may seem sweet she can be bitter(kinda like a sourpatch kid ;D) She is not afraid to put something or someone in their place. She is not eh clingy type, though she dose want to feel included and loved by those around her. She can be a very complicated mare and can be hard to understand but her personality is one of few.
Color: Tempest is a strawberry roan with strawberry blonde hair. She has stripped cream hooves and a cute little badgered blaze on her face with a speckled pink nose. :)
Backstory(optional) Tempest grew up in the herd as a young filly, though her mother passed when she was 2 so it has left her parentless for most of her life.

Name: Ash
Gender: male
Age:4
Personalty: Aggressive due to his past, can't trust anyone really just the ones he knows. Once he opens up to you,you have his compete trust and lets keep it that way. He is a loving caring person but he likes to hide it. Ash had a good heart that was broken due to evil. He is not afraid of death and keeping his herd safe.
Color: Ash is a blue roan with a white sock and bald face. He has icy blue eyes that seems they can look right through you. 
Backstory: Ash was born on a farm his mother was a Arabian and his father was a Thoroughbred. He was an accident they let his mother and father out to pasture forgetting to check on them. Once he was born Ash was so fast and had no problem keeping up with his father or mother. The owners had big plans for him but one day him and his mother was grazing in the pasture and a drunk driver drove through the fence and hit his mother. Hearing the car hit he ran and jumped over the fence looking back to see his mother bleeding and dead. Never would he see his father again.

Ash chased a lone stallion out of his territory and snorted lifting his head up as high as he could. His eyes stared in the vast open land searching for the next contestant. Once the next stallion came he fought and fought for his herd and  didn't give up until the stallion limped away knowing not to ever come back.

Tempest-

Tempest had always been a very aware mare but something felt off to her. She could feel it in her hooves, she could feel it in the breeze, and in the way the grass ripped from the cool ground. But she could not pin her hoof as to what it was. The herd members never really understood Tempest. She was more of an outsider. Though she had her times of popularity in the herd. She often grazed alone as she did on this day. Just as she was grazing she caught movement in the treeline. She craned her neck to where the movement had come from. She let out a snort pinning her ear in an attempt to scare of whatever it was. She hadn't seen ash lately, though she was not worried nor did she care for him she knew that the herd would not stay in line without him here. She hadn't really ever gotten to know ash so she never really cared for him. Tempest knew that something was wrong.

Ash popped out from the woods. He saw Tempest and galloped to her. "Tempest I need your help something is wrong today I can feel it in the air and I need your help!" He ran back in the woods hoping she was following. He led her to a foal laying there bleeding and barley alive. "Tempest something did this to her but... what?"

Tempest-

Tempest was startled by the way Ash had come up on her. She knew something was wrong, but why had he asked her? There were a dozen other mares he could have asked and he asked her. Letting the thought go she quickly followed close behind without question. Resting her eyes upon the bleeding filly she closed her eyes. She didn't want to imagine what the filly was going through. Although this filly was not one of the herds fillies and they were the only herd for hundreds of miles  " looks like a mountain lion got to her. I cant guarantee she will make it out alive but we have to try." Quickly grabbing a nearby vine she wrapped it around the filly's hooves. " help me drag her back to the herd" she said turning quick on her feet and digging her teeth into the vine to drag the young animal.

"No this was no mountain lion Tempest the cuts are to wide something bigger is out there we need to move the herd some mares are about to foal it won't be safe for them!" He helped Tempest drag the foal back to the herd and once they arrived he went to find some herbs to help the pain. He ran trough the treeline and found some onion grass and grabbed a few strands of it. Once reaching the foal he chew up the grass and spit it on the foals wounds. "It's nasty I know but it'll help with the pain"he said seeing if the foal was breathing. "Once the filly heals if she does we will have to move something is out there and it's huge!"

Tempest

Tempest was puzzled by the marks in theyoung horses body. There were no bears around the area or anything that could have been that big. Tempest could see that the filly would be well taken care of with ash. " I could scout a few places from r the herd to move?" She asked. Knowing his answer would be no, she still hopped her let her go, they needed to get to higher ground if they wanted to thrive. She knew that he the ugly it would be to dangerous for a mare or her kind me but she still asked.

(Sorry I went to a friends house and I have had this gelding I met at a stable we went to on my mind! He is my dream horse xD)

"I guess just don't go to far and watch your back there is some thing big out there and we don't know what it is"he said worriedly. Watching her take off in the other direction he hoped she would be okay not only because she was in his herd but because she was in his family! Once she became out of sight he stood there watching over the herd but mainly the foal. 

Tempest-

Tempest was surprised at his reply. She trotted off towards the treeline without looking back. The sticks shattered beneath her feet as she walked through the wooded area. Something was off about the area. Large indentions in the ground marked the area. Her heart skipped a beat as she noticed them. There was something big out there, but what?

He looked in the distance at something big it wasn't a horse. He ran after it hoping to frighten it but he soon thought about Tempest and how she was out there by herself! Running he found her "Tempest we need to get out of here it's coming not sure what it is but It's coming"he said gasping for breath in between words. He turned at the sound of a stick cracking from the pressure of something big"go go now run!"

Tempest was startled by ash. She nodded to the words he had said and sprinted as fast as she could away from the movement. All of the sudden a tree fell in front of her crushing her front legs. She was stuck under it. Whatever the large creature was it had been strong enough to knock down a tree.

"Tempest are you okay"he yelled from a little away. Not knowing what to expect he ran up to her and tried moving the tree but it wouldn't move it's to heavy. "Tempest wait here what ever it is, is gone now"he said running the other direction. He got all the herd to come and help him move the tree. They all pushed with all their might and it finally came off. "Are your legs broke can you walk or anything?" He bent down to comfort her the best he could he could tell she was in pain but there was nothing he could do!
