Here's an interesting thing (stat loss)

I decided to run my own stat experiment beginning today and I've discovered something interesting.

I purchased an Appaloosa mare from the store. Her stats at time of purchase are as follows:
str 17
spd 19
agi 27
int 16
end 21
All 100

Alright, makes sense. I then chose to put her into show jumping and tacked her up accordingly, then gave her a yellow apple as a treat. Her saddle and brindle are 2/5. Then I checked her stats again:

str 22
spd 18
agi 18
int 23
end 19
All 100

Here, then, is my question:
I was under the impression that tack *added* stats but it seems to have actually lowered some here. I'm going to keep track of this for a week and see what affect showing has on her, too---but, in the meantime, I'd like to understand what happened here ;) PnR Pepper Potts♦ (#439329)

I see The Tack has added stats as seen by the green plus numbers next to each discipline but it wont show on the total (IE 100) as this only rises due to treating/training & showing if that's any help!

I looked at her and your stallion. The first set of stats you say were her's are actually his starting stats.

His stats as I am seeing them now
STR: 17 +26
SPD: 19 +56
AGI: 27 +56
INT: 16 +26
END: 21 +26
ALL: 100
